Correct. It's right there for him, almost on a platter, but he ignores it because he's locked into punishing the receiver.

Hospital ball or not, Kazee is the one on thin ice here and he has repeatedly demonstrated he has no ability to change the way he plays, hence the suspension. Mind you, this was handed down by Runyan, who wasn't exactly a choir boy in his playing days either, so you can't make the argument that Kazee is being unjustly targeted by an overzealous authority who doesn't understand the physical nature of the game.
