Sam Howell destroyed this defense, but thankfully the Seahawks OC is too dumb to try to quick pass the Eagles to death.

I think you either get the ball at the spot (decline the penalty) or have to take it from the original LOS.

Not sure why that isn’t a spot foul and the offense takes over. Too much can go wrong on a re-kick.
