I didn’t agree with this until I looked it up, he turns 29 in a few weeks. I think there are bigger needs but if we find a situation similar to Goedert & Ertz from 2018 with a quality prospect I’m for it.

29 and gets hurt every year.

It’s Drew Lock but Seattle has 3 legit WR & our secondary is bad, but defense has played well all things considered. I said it earlier that Hurts is playing a little rough but I’ll give him a pass today because of his illness. Running game looks great, let’s get back to that.

Would’ve figured I’d be happy with SEA held to 3, but now I think we’ve let them hang around and that’s usually a problem…

Eagles offense the last 2.5 games has become the Phillies offense in games 6 and 7.

I'd cut off a pinky toe for Bowers to fall within reach.

Well - this isn’t as bad as the last 2 weeks.

This past draft would have been the right draft to do it, best TE class in a long time.

Dude wtf is up with chris bermans hair??

It’s a problem that they have a good TE, an elite OL, two elite WRs, and a $50m qb yet the passing game blows.

Today Hurts is bad... but more importantly, the SCHEME is horrid.   Why are guys always next to each other?

Like the middle TE and RB screens.  Hate the bubble screens that get our WRs killed.  Angle route with RBs.  Run more slants quick passing.

Just sign ertz. He’s better than Calcaterra anyway. And he at least gives you more than Stoll as a receiver if you go 12 personnel. However I’m guessing teams will pick up on tendencies if using him and when we use Stoll

I definitely think Johnson gets spun up and abandons the run for no reason.  Look at that last 2 minute, there were 2 possessions for each team.  No need to get hurried up

I said a few weeks ago that if the Phillies were an NFL team they would coincidentally be the Eagles. Live and die by the big play/homerun. Can’t really play small ball.

I’m thinking about this more from a long term perspective, you probably have to start thinking about Goedert’s eventual replacement unless he plays as long as Kelce has

Also the eagles defense is very schwarber and Turner-esque

Just that quick rundown shows everything.

This offense can't continue to be that bad.  Everyone else in the NFC is putting up 25+

Been a huge Hurts defender but I’m about done with him.  His knee hurts, he has Covid, etc.  Tired of the excuses - be better.

At least they're not getting blown out for a change...

Hike the ball look for AJ after a 3-5 yard swift run offense isn’t working

The good news is they took the opening possession down the field for a TD.  The bad news was most everything afterwards offensively.  10 points still isn’t good enough, and they’re leaving a lesser team in the game in their own stadium.

Defensively, they’re doing what they’re supposed to — Lock isn’t much good at all.  Get more pressure from the DL and force him to make bad decisions.

Need to re-establish the run game in the second half and shorten the game.

More pressure would imply they've gotten some pressure.  I would say that they've not really gotten near him yet.   The grounding he took was a gift from a bad QB.   No reason for that play.   He's got enough mobility that he could have at least gotten out of the pocket to throw it away.

This offense better wake the F up in the 2nd half. Can’t leave an inferior team in it at home like this.

I get the last possession but yeah the one before the goal should of been field goal range then if possible td range

Yeah the offense needs to chill out on always looking for the big play. More efficient drives please. Like the opening drive, I thought that was great.

Big Dom just had to be taken away in handcuffs on the sidelines by NFL security.
