Yeah I mean that’s a really bad job by Carroll on that one because that’s cost them the chance to go for it on 4th and short.

Great play by Carter.    Bad work by the Eagles' brass on their challenge process.   That was pretty obvious that it was gonna be close.   Have to be faster with the flag.  That was a game changing type call.
