Don’t think the troops fit today’s definition of Antifa.

Now, now. I was told on here (well, not here, old here) that ANTIFA are heroes!   (the American criminals\domestic terrorists who co-opted the term ANTIFA)

I get the anti fascism, but they carry a lot of baggage with subgroups that identity as Antifa also.  Every country that fought against Germany and the axis are Antifa too, going by the video.

Yeah, they suck, but that's not what the ad's about.  Being against fascism is a good thing.

I got a friend of a friend who's mother thinks the vaccine will shed from someone and infect others, so the son is not allowed over because the sister is pregnant and they don't want the vaccine to shed and infect the baby.

No idea where they stand politically though.

I can make a wild guess.

digital marketing firm closely linked to the pro-Trump youth group Turning Point USA was responsible for a series of deceptive Facebook ads promoting Green party candidates during the 2018 US midterm elections, the Guardian can reveal.

In an apparent attempt to split the Democratic vote in a number of close races, the ads purported to come from an organization called America Progress Now (APN) and used socialist memes and rhetoric to urge leftwing voters to support Green party candidates.

Facebook was aware of the true identity of the advertiser – the conservative marketing firm Rally Forge – and the deceptive nature of the ads, documents seen by the Guardian show, but the company determined that they did not violate its policies.

Rally Forge would go on to set up a pro-Trump domestic "troll farm” for Turning Point Action, a "sister” organization of Turning Point USA, in 2020, earning a permanent ban from Facebook.

"There were no policies at Facebook against pretending to be a group that did not exist, an abuse vector that has also been used by the governments of Honduras and Azerbaijan,” said Sophie Zhang, a former Facebook employee and whistleblower who played a small role in the investigation of the Green party ads.

She added: "The fact that Rally Forge later went on to conduct coordinated inauthentic behavior with troll farms reminiscent of Russia should be taken as an indication that Facebook’s leniency led to more risk-taking behavior.”

"the right" is very successful at brainwashing gullible morons on social media...you've got to give them credit for that.

MTG is so stupid, she got burned by AOC.

The grift is strong with this one.

Does every elected official have to act like a social media influencer posting silly videos and photos now?  Can someone photoshop Ted Cruz crying at the American Flag behind a cage like AOC did at the fake border parking lot please?

I think pandering to the twitter crowd has a great deal to do with the decline of elected leadership in this country. As powerful of a force as twitter is, most people still aren't on it, or aren't on it much (Hence why it baffled so many people that Bide could be elected even though he isn't on twitter).

What do you mean?  It's very controversial.  You're not enraged that he's saying the pledge of allegiance?  As a liberal, I know I am. :furious:
