I'm old enough to remember when trumpbots claimed they were eager to vote for him because he was a super smart businessman and they hoped he'd run the country like one of his companies.

Well they got their wish. He piled up massive debt and walked away with nothing to show for it.

Not to mention pocketing millions of taxpayer dollars via tax fraud AND milking his base like the clueless cucks they are.  What did he raise, $250M after he lost last November?

Kirstie Alley claims education caused a rise in pregnancy and abortion. Problem is, she has her facts completely wrong.

Stupid Trumpbot!   Do they know anything?

It's also dumb because what were the "abortion rates" back when abortions were a dirty word and the off-the-record procedure was secretly done in a basement somewhere?

Ah yes, the old "back in my day things were better" argument is almost always wrong.

It's hard to tell what Republicans even stand for anymore. Back the blue, family values, state's rights, etc...it's all a facade.

Members of a white supremacist group marching through Philadelphia on Saturday evening "ran away" from city residents who confronted them, according to police.

Demonstrators, who police said were from out of town and were reportedly members of the Texas-based Patriots Front, chanted while holding American flags and shields, according to WPVI, an ABC affiliate.

Photos from the scene showed the group, which reportedly marched in front of Philadelphia City Hall, carrying a banner that said "Reclaim America."

Onlookers confronted the group at Penn's Landing, pushing, shoving, and yelling at them. One NBC10 photographer had his cellphone swiped by the group but was able to recover it.

At Penn's Landing, the counterdemonstrators banged on the group's trucks as the demonstrators got inside the vehicles and drove away.

"They started engaging with citizens of Philadelphia, who were none too happy about what they were saying. These males felt threatened, and at one point, somebody threw a smoke bomb to cover their retreat, and they literally ran away from the people of Philadelphia," Philadelphia Police Officer Michael Crum told reporters.

Officially a laughing stock now...

You could show this right to a few people I know sitting right in front of you and they would STILL say the election was rigged in AZ and everywhere else.  The cognitive dissonance I have witnessed is beyond words the past several years.  I hate  to say it, but foreign nations have done a great job with their disinformation campaigns online.  It doesn't help when your POTUS is doing the same thing.  I'm wondering if people wake up one day and say, "WTF was I thinking," or does it just continue to get worse from here?  I'm usually an optimistic person but I think it is the latter.  People have dug in their heels and aren't about to admit they got duped.

Was KZ in Philadelphia over the weekend? Looks like his pals were. Love how the Citizens of Philadelphia Chased the Notzees away.

It will get worse. The right doesn't even share the same reality with us normies.

Sure. 40 years from now the current 20 year olds will say the same nonsense.

Sadly, they will likely be right as well. Society is in its gradual, yet accelerating, decline.

I think it depends on what metric you're using.  If you're referring to a lot of easily quantifiable things like life expectancy, crime rates, abortion rates, etc, then yeah, things weren't "better" back in the day.  We have it much better off now than we did 40 years ago in a lot of ways.  But if you're simply saying that life was more rich and fulfilling, there was more of a sense of community,  less detachment, then you're probably right, but that has nothing to do with any government policy or political movement.  It's 100% because of technology.  I have no doubt that technology will drive things towards being even worse 40 years from now.  Of course, we could all turn our backs on that if we wanted to, but we don't and we won't.

People in Medieval times constantly ****ed about how much society sucked.  They started studying Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece because things were so much better 2000 years before.
