The reason I'm surprised by the video is because I've lived in Central Florida for the better part of 17 years and have never seen anything remotely close to that situation. Not in public or private. I've seen drunk people acting like drunks, etc...but never something so blatant, full of anger, etc. The landscaping crew handled it professionally and they should be commended for the way they responded. For starters, it's not easy landscaping in Central Florida...the heat index is in the 100's just about every day during the summer months...not to mention the natural wildlife in the area can be alarming to deal with at times (Alligators, snakes, etc). They have a tough job and getting confronted by a belligerent person can be extremely difficult to deal with, especially under those circumstances.

She certainly did not seem "stable" from the video...and she repeated the same exact words over and over again. Typically, when someone is "angry" at someone else, they will repeat some of the same words but it would be mixed in with reasons "why" etc etc. Not the same exact words for 2-3 minutes straight. Something seems really off. She might have been fall-down drunk..and if that's the case, in the middle of the day, she's got all kinds of problems. But no, that doesn't excuse her language either.
