Please tell me one city that has burned to the ground.  A tip, I have several friends that live in Portland.

I really hope they don't live in that two block zone where the riots were.  I don't know them but I want them to be safe!

The response of someone who "knows they are right” but got nothing...

Guys, come on. Seriously? Pro tip, when someone says the left is "burning cities" it doesn't mean literally every portion of the city has been set on fire. They're simply referencing the numerous instances of arson that have occurred in many cities throughout the summer. I mean, that doesn't actually have to be explained, right?

Yeah. I don't want rioting and looting. In a vacuum, that's wrong. But I'm also not a member of a race that sees itself as being systematically targeted by law enforcement. So I'm not going to judge someone who is that is spray painting the exterior walls of a police precinct in frustration.

You've already said, flat out, that racism and white supremacy is a hoax. So it's no surprise you don't understand the nuance of the argument.

Law breaking is wrong unless you're frustrated.

You are joking right?  Or do you think antifa is "just an idea"?

I'm pretty sure the point he's making isn't that the left has its idiots. It's that the left disavows them, while Trump winks and nods at them.

That's a pretty stark difference.

I get that there are still plenty on the left who have not been loud in denouncing violent acts or "groups" like Antifa (though it's certainly worth noting that the idea of an "organized anarchy group" is kind of funny, and while I don't doubt many Antifans are left of center I think their main goal is anarchy and revolution, not to support democratic candidates )  ... but the most important person on the left, Biden, has routinely, firmly, and consistently denounced these groups and the violence they commit.

Meanwhile Trump can't even directly denounce white nationalism when he's given a softball question during a debate.

You said "this, EXACTLY THIS”.  It says BURNING CITIES TO THE GROUND.

So once again I ask, which city has been burned to the ground.

Also, Antifa isn’t even an organized group.

These guys in MI were communicating regularly and had staked out Whitmer’s vacation home in preparation.

False equivalences are fun.

So once again I'll respond:

But sure, run with the extreme literal interpretation of the "burning cities" line. I'll just continue lmao'ing.

Right? They're an idea, people, I don't know why that's so hard to understand.

Incorrect. Biden will not even acknowledge they exist. Kamala even went as far as donating and encouraging others to donate to rioters.

Kz, who are some of the leaders of the terrorist group Antifa?

Just give me one name of an actual real-live person.

He just said in a recent debate that Antifa was an idea. You need the clip? And yes, Kamala bailed out literal rioters and encouraged others to do so. I know facts aren't your strong suit.

But if we're going to go with what the candidates said in the debate doesn't matter, Trump has disavowed white supremacy about 46 times since 2016.

1. I don't consider Antifa to be part of the Democrat base, establishment, platform.... whatever you want to call it. They hate normal Democrats like me as much as I hate them. And they sprung up out of nowhere a few years ago.

2. Let's make the outlandish assumption for a second that that Antifa can be labeled part of the "left". They'd make up about .00001% of the Democrat voters in the US.

Anyone who is being truly, truly honest with themselves can't say those same things about radicalization and extremism in the GOP. We both know that a non-trivial portion of the GOP base has always been made up of racists, bigots, white supremacists, and anti-government radicals. It used to be that they made up a minority of the party. Since the birth of the Tea Party, which has since been co-opted by Trumpism, the normal GOP voters have steadily made an exodus from the party as Independents. What's left of the Republican party makes up about 28% of the United States electorate. It's my belief that about half of them, 10-15% of the total U.S. population, can be qualified as either a racist, bigot, white supremacist, or anti-government radical.

Peak cvon levels of derangement. The GOP owns the tiny, tiny amount of crazy white supremacist groups, but the left has nothing to do with Antifa, whose numbers are far, far greater as evidenced by the summer rioting we all just witnessed. This is just an impressive post however you look at it.

You just spent the last thee months in here trying to convince everyone the rioting was being done by angry blacks that needed to be put down. But now all of a sudden it's the massive Antifa army since your feelers just got hurt.

Dude, you believe the ish Tucker says. "Did you use the word fact? Don’t ever use the word fact with me. Don’t ever use that word."

You don't like actual facts, so you listen to idiots like Tucker and Hannity whose entire job is to habitually lie.

Antifa is an idea. It's not an organization. That is the point. Even the Wall Street Journal agrees with that sentiment. It doesn't mean the idea is toothless, but there is a difference between - for example - an organized militia that planned to kidnap an elected governor and foment a civil war, and a bunch of white suburban losers who never got over their teenage angst.

Kamala encouraged people to donate to a fund that would bail out protesters. She actually used the word protesters in the tweet.

Again, I know facts cause you some massive cognitive dissonance, I really do feel for you. maybe you need an advil?
