March 5, 20241 yr I was hoping for one more year. Just one more, I didn't want him to go out with how the season ended but I understand. He still got to play in the Super Bowl Against his Brother and then watch his Bro win again this year. I get it, it's like there's nothing left to prove and he does have young daughters so this is the right time to be in their lives. I wish Jason the best, everything in life isn't about football but he gave his all to his team and city. Eagles Legend, The shot of him running in slow motion during the Super Bowl will never leave me. And of course the Blizzard Bowl. There's a piece of me that hopes after a few months he might change his mind for one last shot but again I understand when it's time to let things go. You let it go. Peace Jason, I'm still going to watch New Heights.
March 5, 20241 yr During Kelce's retirement speech he spoke about how he was getting blasted by fans before he mastered his technique, and trust me, I was one blasting him. It didn't take me long to see that after seeing him getting run over time after time, he got up and gave 1000% over and over and that's what stood out to me more than anything else, dude fought to the death. All that's left to be said is job well done Jason, much respect!!
March 6, 20241 yr Congratulations are in order to Mr. Kelce. He will forever bean Eagles all time great.
March 6, 20241 yr Glad I got to see an undeniable HoF career and that he went out an Eagle, this is easily the hardest Eagles retirement I can remember, that presser was a tough watch, this one really stings. It's 8 years since the guy missed a game, going to take a hell of a lot of time to get used to not seeing 62 in the middle of the line, I only hope we have the right guy in Jurgens to make the transition easier. Enjoy retirement Jason, god knows you earned it.
March 8, 20241 yr One of the greatest Eagles. Enjoy retirement- we will miss you. Classy retirement speech.
