ras has a big flaw that shows up when you put little fast guys in at big guy positions, although it is clear that Parris Campbell is too small to play DT,  and ras would give him a zero for weight, the ras website would give Campbell a really good ras score,  because all the testing would indicate that he's great,  fast,  good jumps,  good agility.

Ras needs to up the value of weight to positions,  it leads to very questionable - wrong - results with little guys who are fast, which is almost all little guys.   And that problem,  which is clearly there when you show a little guy in a big guy position,  will always be there, it just won't be as noticeable.  

But sparq is gone.  It used to not be gone,  it used to be there,  used to work, and it had results that weren't quite so easy to find huge errors in.   So,  the good thing is replaced by the worse thing, and the new is widely used.   Oh well, it's good to point out the specific flaws of ras,  because there isn't sparq,  and spider chart doesn't push out a number.   the ras website is good,  allowing to push the data forward in various ways.    A tall and fast and light player would be good, according to ras at any position.  A fast basketball player is a D or O Lineman.

It will depend on the situation…not all of Howie’s mid season moves have been bad.  Last year stands out because so many things were going bad and the moves reeked of desperation.  That hasn’t always been the case
