  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Ok I love the Barkley deal

Need Howie to restructure, extend or trade Reddick so we can 100% move onto the draft.

Could be for a variety of reasons, doesn't have to be because of hurt feelings or anything like that. Could just be for brevity or to not take attention away from the titular subject matter, but I promise you it wasn't random coincidence or an audio editing error. The time spent in post on stuff like this is mind-numbing, this decision was intentional, it just might not be due to "pettiness" like the headlines are implying.

Did someone say "titular"?

There's a really easy fix -- allow decimals.

"Playing QB -- number 1.2 -- Joe Namath IV"

Now you have almost a thousand choices.  Give or take.  If you wanna go triple digits you could carry on for centuries.

Anyone interesting in some imaginary numbers?  Irrational numbers?   Complex numbers?   There's so many options.

"i" hands the ball to "2i", who gives it to "4 + 3i" on a beautifully executed complex double reverse!

Yep. A fine S3 until Brown is healthy.

I'd prefer her to do those NFL weekly skits in this dress .. or less

Finally.

Not great. But an ok player.

Would prefer Blackmon because this guy is better as a good back up.

Wonder why the heck we didnt get him when he was a free agent last year.

Yeah, who needs Simmons when we can have Nick Scott... <_<

Which non first round WR's do you guys like?  Big fan of McMillan

Malachi Corley — unique run after catch ability using both elusiveness and power. A RB with the ball in his hands. One of my favorite players in the draft. Second or early 3rd round.

Roman Wilson — top speed threat in the tradition of DeSean Jackson. Explosive in the open field, quick and dynamic wi the the ball in his hands. Second or early 3rd round.

Xavier Legette —Height/weight/speed freak of nature. If we want to start grooming an AJ Brown replacement, he would be an excellent option. Late 2nd or 3rd round.

Johnny Wilson — 6’6” 230 pound men should not be able to move like this. Reminds me a lot of Plaxico Burress. Late third, early 4th maybe?

Jacob Cowing — the traditional small, quick slot receiver. Good hands, impossible to cover when running short routes. Also has 4.3 speed, so offers a deep threat. Probably can be had in the 5th round.

Ainias Smith — smaller slot receiver. Effort/utility player who can line up as a RB, WR or PR. Very physical. Willing blocker and special teamer. Good after the catch. Late round, maybe UDFA.

This is a great draft class for WRs. There are tons of other players I like, but these are different types of players you could find at different areas of the draft.

The thing is, Drew Pearson was the OG 88 and started their "88 club" so it's not an Irvin thing. The Cowboys also don't retire any numbers, even if they don't hand out certain ones.

Back in 2004, I went to the MNF game in Dallas, the 14 second scramble game where we won big. The package deal we got included a tour of Texas stadium the following day. During the tour, the girl mentioned how they don't retire numbers, but they may "retire" a number at a certain position, for instance, no RB is likely to wear 22 again, but it may go out to a DB at some point. I haven't paid that close attention to notice if it's been worn again.

I really want Legette in RD2. He's a freak that won't have to start right away.

Fair enough.

If his name was intentionally removed I'd love to know the reason why.  Like I said, makes no sense why they'd edit it out.

Scott would be ok,  Generally means you are committed to starting Reed. Would rather Simmons but it's a better depth signing than last year's bunch

I learned about her rack last season. They’re real and they’re spectacular.

I’m not getting my hopes up for Simmons. Blackmon would be a great addition, but I’m guessing he’s signing with a Buffalo, and the visit is just to undergo a physical.

Why does she look so familiar? Can’t put my finger on it but I’ve seen her before
