It's Lurie's team he can do what he wants, I just hope he realizes the pandora's box he's going to open if he brings that guy back. It's a pandora's box either way.  Firing a HC who took you to the playoffs every year and was one year removed from nearly winning you the Super Bowl is going to give the Eagles a major negative reputation stain among future coaches.  It's a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation but it isn't an easy answer one.

This is baseless speculation. It’s a narrative that people have made up without a shred of evidence to back it up. NFL jobs are like gold every year. It’s not going to a deterrent.

Bellichek, Harbaugh, and all the top tier candidates would fart in your cereal to be the next Eagles head coach.

People can see Nick is a dip****. Any good coach I'd want them to hire would be a type A thinking how could anyone blow things with the talent he had this year. They would see the potential and in think about all the things they would have/would do differently. It's not an issue.

Yeah sure but there are multiple jobs. No one is saying they won’t find a HC, just whether it’s impacts us as the destination a top candidate wants to go. 
 

I mean speculation is BB wants Falcons because of comfort with Arthur Blank. This stuff matters to HC candidates.
