Stupid to not check to see if the state you're in has it legal or not. With it still being illegal in some states it's just common sense to make sure you don't have it when you're in those states

Well no.  Still going to have pot in states where it's not legal.  The issue is drag racing with it in your car.

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

The Phillies jersey and pants are awful. I dig the hat though. Stott looks so apathetic in the pic...

Seems bad.

A felony for 10.8 grams? That doesn't seem right.

Not sure if it was posted in here previously, but I was watching Mina Kimes podcast with Trevor Sikkema from PFF talking about every team's draft needs.  He theorized the Eagles might trade up from #22 to the 11-13 range (MIN, DEN, LVR all needs QB but only one will trade up from there; the others might trade down was his rationale).  In that range the Eagles would draft OT Taliese Fuaga.  Have him play RG or compete with Steen until Lane retires in a couple of years.

I think you have to add it all up. Excessive speeding that caused an accident, with injuries. Fleeing the scene and then hiding out for a few days and now enough weed that could be a felony was found.

Haven't been following do they have tangible proof that he was driving. If they can't put him in the car he may get off. Gotta prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

The rookie just didn't follow the cardinal rule of never doing 2 illegal things at once.

No idea either. At least we know the NFL is consistent with their discipline process🙄

Because it's not. It should be a misdemeanor

Incredible

Sounds like the article mixed up grams and ounces. Ounces would be a felony and grams a misdemeanor.

The argument for drafting OT at #22 is actually pretty easy.  Neither Lane nor Mailata will ever threaten Cal Ripken Jr level of reliability from a health standpoint.  Are folks comfortable at this point just trotting Steen out there to start multiple games if necessary?

That argument can be used for every single position, almost.

What happens if AJ Brown is hurt?  What happens if D Smith is hurt?

The answer is - the Eagles lose.   That's what happened last year.

Most teams don't have backups who are as good as the starters,  especially when the starters are good.   That's just the way it works.

Argument doesn't really work for CB,  because the Eagles have a lot of CBs,  but none are actually good.   If starting CB were hurt,  would you want backup CB to start?  Sure,  because starting CB isn't good.

The Eagles lost Kelce, Opeta and Driscoll.   Jurgens is moving from RG to C,  as planned.  Hennessy is new,  a C/G backup, or perhaps starting G.   The Eagles need a new RG - he might be Steen or Hennessy or a draft pick,  and a new swing tackle,  either Steen or a draft pick.

If the Eagles don't want to bring in any new OL draft picks,  perhaps they like someone on the practice squad from last year, or someone that no one is talking about who is on the current 90.

Would think that,  unless the plan is to draft a right guard and start him at right guard,  the Eagles might be bringing in 2 draft picks on day 3,  one with experience at right guard,  the other with experience at tackle.

Gotta be suspended for the year right?

For a third of an ounce? That's some Draconian BS.

I can excuse drag racing on a highway putting countless lives in danger, but marijuana?! The Devil's Lettuce?!  Ban him for life!

Bernard Williams sacrificed his career so we could have this.

So he had 10.8 ounces in the car? Damn  Sounds like a party

I have no problem with them moving up for a top OT.

Not an accident. We invest and invest in the OL constantly.

I’m not surprised, apparently Texas is very anti weed & I almost found out the hard way because I was stupid & thought Texas was legal.

We’re also incredibly lucky Mailata developed the way he has given that Dillard was a big time bust

I would protest like hell.  Aaron Rodgers was boating about how well he played when he was using psychodelics, and the NFL did nothing to him.

The Simmons news!

Makes sense cause i think they would love fuaga. I know there were a ton of rumors tying him to the jets at 10 about a month ago. So chance he doesn’t make it past them.

Yeah, I like Seattle.

Everybody seems to like the Nationals city connect, but, I also hate that.  WSH?   Can I buy a vowel?  I think I can tolerate the cherry blossoms, and the grey and pink logo, but it just doesn't do it.

I hate ALL the City Connect jerseys.   Just stick with the regular uniforms... home and away.   We don't need a new uniform for every occasion.  It's not a fashion show, it's a sport.   The focus should be on the GAME, not the clothes.
