You’re really good at this.

Yeah, I wish someone could build a realistic simulator. When I just try to go for maximum value I end up with like three 2025 firsts and multiple extra 2024 top 100 picks.

Wow.  And I thought the last few days was bad.  There really is two of them…

The one OJ actually killed was Epstein.

In 2025, Howie makes all of the picks.

OJ was about to expose all those government lies

I'd be interested.

the OJ trial was 30 years ago.

everything OJ did to make him famous took about 30 years - 60s-90s.  and then 30 years of OJ not doing very much, and then dying.

The reality is that it sucks how big of a role athletes and celebrities play in our lives. We almost have to treat what we see on the field and on TV separate from the real person. It's also a reason that we shouldn't idolize any of them. Sure, we can benefit from their talents for our entertainment, but that's about it.

OJ Simpson was a generational RB, and should have been one for the Eagles. He was a very marketable guy in commercials and movies and was also a good sport in being able to poke fun at himself. I relate it to Bill Cosby. I love the Cosby Show and his stand up and while I haven't watched the show in some time, I'm sure I could binge watch it and not think about what he did (I'm also betting he was one of MANY celebrities doing the same thing during the 70s), just like I can watch OJ Simpson highlights and say damn, he was good.

Thanks. You're a walking Wikipedia.

I'm fine with adding him also.  He has one career TD... any guesses on who it was against?

OJ Simpson was a famous athlete from the 60s-90s, yada yada yada, then he died.

I was 12 years old when this all happened and so much of my knowledge surrounding the OJ trial came from SNL

The one where he got knocked unconscious making it in the Eagles end zone.

Draft in two weeks!

Looking at the math...it's certain that 4 QBs and 3 WRs will go before #22.  Also very likely that Turner, Verse, Arnold, and Mitchell will be gone. Alt will go top 10 and throw in Bowers.  So that's 13 dudes.  Which means one of the following nine, in no particular order, would be available at #22.  (It's my nine, you are free to use your own.)

OT - Fashanu, Fauga, Latham, Fautanu, Guyton, Mims
DL - Robinson, Latu
DB - DeJean

Things that would help push someone down to us:

  • A run on the second tier of WRs
  • Byron Murphy going in the top-20
  • Some other team taking Wiggins before us

You forgot to change over from your EagleVA account.

This is a stealthy good pickup with some upside.

Edit: actually, I thought he was younger than 31 for some reason.

Can't be worse than maybe 1 target all year

Yes.  Nicole and Ron had drug issues, owed money and the cartels murdered them for it.  The style in which they were murdered eith the level of brutality is a signature of the drug cartels.

Good move signing Uzomah. Now we can keep Albert O inactive every week.

At the right price, sure, but I’m not giving up much to get him. This is a loaded WR class and he’s already run down 2 years on his rookie deal.

OJ committed the murders.   The police and DA bungled the investigation and  prosecution.  The real issue was that the lead detective was incompetent, corrupt and boob. Whether he planted evidence or not, the jury did not believe him because he lied on the witness stand repeatedly.

Fuhrman found the glove, but he wasn’t one of the lead detectives.  Lange and Vannatter were the more experienced detectives.  It was unfortunate Fuhrman was too stupid to understand what F. Lee Bailey’s questioning was leading to — and the case/trial proceeded to unravel from there.

I once had a boss who told me "just because I ask you a question doesn’t mean I don’t already know the answer.  I might be checking to see if you know, because that’s actually more important”.  I took that as a great life lesson.
