Depends on how many he blows out at one time while playing football 🙂

You cant downgrade a player because of your crystal ball.

He had one knee injury between his high school and college freshman year.

Then he had a shoulder injury later in his college career.

He hasnt missed a lot of games. And his production is what youd get if you maxed out every attribute on a madden create a player.

Just tuned in to the Phillies game....

These uniforms are even worse than the pictures I saw beforehand.   So stupid.

Too fragile

Sure you can. A almost 24 year old injury risk can certainly get downgraded happens all of the time.

Lucky for you, the best active team right now in the city is about to start a big game against the Magic.

Question is will Wilson be better than Cooper in 3-5 years. One of the reasons Cooper is so popular is it seems scouts absolutely love his physical profile and ability. That he has elite traits and upside.

Isn't that exactly how we got Josh Sweat?

I don’t even care about the age, he knows how to play LB - better than waiting a couple of years for a younger guy to figure it out (maybe).

He tore his ACL in high school and then reinjured it as a freshman requiring surgery. The following year he missed a game due to injury. He then missed two games with a shoulder injury and concussion. The following year he missed 10 games with a shoulder injury that required surgery. He then missed two games with a shoulder/stinger. He played in every game as a sixth year senior.

There’s a lot going on.

Yep. But in round 4 and he played a premium position.

I care about the injuries more than the age. Especially when we already have a LB that can't stay on the field. With the extra game, durability is tough to come by for a full season with rooks as it is. Definitely wouldn't risk a 2nd in him if that's where he projects

I think the age matters, but at least he has pedigree. He was a big time recruit, so it’s not like he was a guy who popped as a 23 year old against a bunch of kids. But being older with an extensive injury history at a non-premium position is a problem.

He is being downgraded. He's a first round talent projected to go in the second round because of his injury history.

Minus the old part plus way later than Wilson is projected

How do you quantify the risk? How much have you downgraded other players who tore their ACL that many years ago?

Who has more going on... him or Cavity Sam?

You draft him later than you normally would. I.e. Dickerson.

shoulder injuries in LBs are common. He hasnt had a lot of knee injuries. I think its gotten to the point where despite his injury history being a real thin, its becoming overstated. Hes been pretty healthy each of the last 2 years and spoke about how he changed his nutrition, added weight and figured out ways to take care of his body. Supposedly he got good medical grades at the combine as well.

thats true. Thats as far down as he should go. Hes too good not to draft in round 2. You are joining a conversation where someone is saying he has no ACLs and wouldnt draft him in round 2.

I agree. His age isn't a big deal for me because he had a really good sophomore season, so it's not like he didn't perform when he was younger. If healthy, he's a game changer at lb.

Someone doesn't understand sarcasm. The wouldn't draft in 2nd round holds true though.
