What is this post?  How has he not sucked it up?  He was +14 in that game while the team was -21 when he was off the floor.  What kind of ignorance is this to blame Embiid?

Didn't blame him, but he sucked in the 4th quarter and it's just a matter of fact he needs to be better. He looked absolutely awful at the end of that game. Was sluggish, was short on everything.

I love watching Schwarber hustle. 😂

Whoa!

Can’t believe they finally gave out Griffen Herbert’s number

I defended Embiid over the years when everyone called him a loser, I said it's hard to play with the injuries he's played with, and I stand by this, but this year is a little different and I'm beginning to lose my patience. He told Lisa Salters that his knee is structurally fine and it's just "sore" and he doesn't quite trust it. It's the playoffs, dude. Suck it up. I'm so sick of seeing other NBA teams have their stars play hurt and carry their teams to deep playoff runs, but with Embiid when he's hurt we just have to accept that he'll be a shell of himself.

How about just one time sacking up, putting your team on your back even when you're hurting, and putting up 45 and 15? Instead of "Well, he only had 22 points and 6 boards and shot 7/25 from the field, but he gave it all he could...."

LeBron took the Lakers to a conference finals last year with a bad ankle. Giannis won a title with the Bucks with a bone bruise in his knee. Everyone is dealing with something this far into the season. I'm tired of the excuses.

I checked out on Embiid after he phoned in sick twice in the Raptors series.  That was their chance, IMO.  It was the difference between winning and losing that series.  They lost and Kawhi carried a bunch of understudies to a title by himself.

The only way I see Embiid winning a title is the Chris Bosh method.  He’d be surrounded by two excellent pieces and complement them.  Maxey is pretty damn good, but when the organization brings in a dog like James Harden, then an over-the-hil and overrated in his prime Kyle Lowry — it isn’t going to happen in Philly

He's definitely making the team now.

This is possibly the best draft resource online.

https://jfosterfilm.shinyapps.io/Test/

I shared his OL ranking video. He has one for each position. And he compiled his rankings on atozsports.com in a nice widgit that can be sorted through. Every scouting report is there. Athletic scores. Age, etc.

I posted about Daijahn Anthony in here about a week or so ago. And I just watched the safety ranking video from the resource above.

One line really stands out to me.

Brock Bowers couldn't separate from him in their Week 11 matchup

Anthony is a CB converted to safety.  Played a lot in the slot and has plenty of coverage experience, and is also a big hitter. Love the physical demeanor in a safety who can also cover.

I really think this can be one of the sleepers in the draft who is projected as a late rounder who might develop to a starter.

I didn’t think I’d be alive to see the day. Wow.

People like you really don't deserve him.  Such a disgrace.

Phillies are red hot.

Did Buddy Hield forget how to play basketball?  He's been awful.  Just awful.

The Genard Avery of the NBA.

He’s been bad since the beginning of April. He had good games against some bad teams like the spurs, nets but really against better teams he’s been a complete non factor

I wish he was a complete non-factor.   He's been a net negative.   Every time he gets the ball it seems like a turnover/missed layup.  And defensively... 😬

He’s always been a below average defender. That’s probably being generous. Frankly if he doesn’t hit shots he’s basically useless

Correct.  He's not even taking shots.

This is a 2 person team.  Lowry can give a few contributions... Same with Batum.  But the rest of the ensemble is invisible at best.

Wow, it's tied. Embiid is going to literally fall apart soon though.

Sixers management have done a terrible job ever since Jimmy left with who they have surrounded Embiid (and now Embiid and Maxey) with.

I guess next year they have a bunch of cap room and will get one last chance.

Never should have let Jimmy leave... and never should have stuck with Simmons/Harris instead.

Meanwhile, Maxey is having himself a game... amid the illness.   Kid is growing up fast in front of our eyes.

Yep, they need a dependable #3 option and someone who can keep the team afloat when Embiid / Maxey rest. Basically what Harris is meant to be but fails miserably at being.

That was a HOOK like no other by Anunoby.
