Rojas is special.   That was a tough catch, and he made it look easy.

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Ok I love the Barkley deal

Gonna make a prediction and this is just a gut feeling more than anything. Amarius Mims goes before Fashanu and Fashanu falls and is the OT who is there in the 19-22 range if the Eagles want him, not Mims. I think some team will fall in love with Mims' potential and take him early. All it takes is one team. And every year some player falls and I have a feeling it might be Fashanu. Viewed as the least versatile, some teams may be scared of his small hands.

I've never felt more just BLAH about a draft. There's no one prospect I'm dying for the Eagles to get. There's no one prospect that will piss me off. I'm numb to this draft process, which is strange because the draft is one of my favorite parts of an NFL season.

Just wait for it...

Bases loaded no one out... top of the order comes up... 2 strike outs and a fly out.   0 runs.  :nonono:

Gotta make contact fellas.

It’s either pure anger or extreme excitement. Either way it will involve some drinks.

Mims will go higher than expected. His upside is sky high.  He has all the tools and is pretty decent already in his technique.

I don't know how far Fashunu will drop because he is such a good pass protector at LT.  That's the name of the game.

I have to admit though the more dig into Latham the less I like him.  Don't know if he is athletic enough to play RT or if he is good enough run blocker to play OG.

From my point of view if you want a RT Johnson backup/replacement, you have to think Mims has the greatest potential.  If you want interior guys that can kick out to OT in pinch, Fauntanu, Fuaga and, potentially, Barton can do that.  In fact, Barton could potentially play all 5 spots on the line.

Have to trust Stout on the evaluations of these guys.  If they go OL in the 1st, the player will have to have his blessing I would think.

Daniel Jeremiah was on Russilo's pod today and he thinks Mims can go 5

Albert Breer said Broncos are interested in Bo Nix but don’t have a 2nd rounder which makes it a complicated situation for them to get him. Pauline earlier reports Eagles and Broncos have talked about a draft trade so Eagles could move up. 🤔🤔

Payton Wilson is missing an ACL?

Wasn't Hines Ward like this?

And John elway

Pretty crazy they could play their careers like that. Not sure how they made lateral movements playing in the NFL without an ACL

Surtain + 76 for 22 + 50?

I know, it is crazy and elway was pretty mobile. I was curious so I looked it up. I can't even make lateral movements with acls lol

We don't do that here......

I went a year without one and on many occasions my knee buckled just playing casual rec sports and hurt like hell. I don't understand how they played that way.

My thought… if you like a QB, take him. Don’t try to play chess when you’re playing checkers. Imagine trading back and then he’s not there.

I'm all for trading up. This teams need impact players, not volume. This also isn't a great draft and staying at 22 could easily result in having to settle for non first round talents like Wiggins (bad scheme fit, can't tackle), Guyton, or Mims (tackles only who will need to redshirt for two years). Move up packaging 22 and 53 to secure Mitchell, Arnold, Latham, or Fautanu.

He also had Reagor

Mitchell is best case scenario for me. I’d give up 22 & 53 for something like 16 & 102 for him.

Mitchell and Ringo would be a fun CB duo to watch grow up together.

Crazy but I still think either Tyler Hall or Isaiah Rodgers factors into the equation at NCB long term too.

That could be a dynamic, young group to revitalize the secondary.

My hopes will be crushed when the trade up is for Latham or Latu.

I don't think Latham is the guy.  Latu is a helluva player.  Word is that his neck isn't an issue.  If that is the case, I have no problem with him.

Wow, that's crazy!  I haven't heard him that high especially with the Qbs, Wrs and Alt.  Pretty big gamble with his limited starting experience

Wouldn't mind him at 22 or a small trade back.

But if it's a trade up that gives up a RD2 pick, it will feel disappointing.

The secondary will be neglected once again.
