oh hell no. Im gonna be watching.

very soon a few people are going to start whining that Ill be spoiling picks even though I dont ever do that.

A pick isn’t spoiled if it doesn’t wait for the TV to show Roger announcing it.  Couldn’t care less but using the Reveal option cures "spoilage” issues.

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Ok I love the Barkley deal

Zach and Bo will be live with draft show tonight so if you're looking forward to 4 hours of Bo shtick, tune in.

I wouldn't call Jason Kelce annoying, but I do think he needs to move on from the shirtless, frat boy persona sooner than later. It's endearing and fun to an extent, but if that becomes all he is, then it's going to grow old fast. I don't know, maybe I was just never about that lifestyle, but watching grown men chug beer, yell and scream, isn't something I would call entertaining. I like that Jason Kelce is authentic and a man of the people, but I hope he realizes that he doesn't have to play the role of the town drunk to be relevant.

I've always found Travis to be a complete tool. I understand that this wasn't a true graduation, it was for their podcast from what I've read, but again, if chugging beer and acting like a neanderthal is all you've got to go on...well, yea that's annoying.

Welp here is my final 2.0 version for tonight.  Fight me.  I was trying to trade pick 32 to NYG for Penix but for some reason it wasn't working.  I was also unsure if we would go Mims or Fuaga in this scenario

1) The moon isn't real

2) OJ was framed

3) Jason Kelce sucks

We've got the holy Trinity of bad takes this past month. This draft needs to happen ASAP.

Agreed, I actually thought he was surprisingly physical for his size.

Correct

Found behind the scenes footage of Caleb Williams trying on what he's wearing for the draft

If Michael Scott says it's fine, it's fine.

This may be tipping a pick so I'll spoiler tag it

Jerod Mayo kicking off his era with the second coming of Sam Darnold.

I'm not a great fan of the QB class as a whole but Maye is the one that gives off the strongest 'my absolute ceiling is Kyle Orton' vibes.

Come participate in master of the draft

Howie has the beard. That means it's good Howie tonight. Cross your fingers.

I listen to Kelce podcast every week. They need to tighten it up if they want long term success. I think they will. It’s still pretty new.

They aren’t on Chris Long’s level yet

I might pass out if Verse makes it to 24 and he’s not an Eagle.

Trading up to 12 to take a tackle a lot of scouts project as a Guard would be functionally the exact same as Howie making his traditional dogshit pick in the 20's except it cost multiple picks.

What imaginary draft capital did you give up for 12?

1st round CB rankings according to me.

1. Wiggins

2. Mitchell

3. DeJean

4. McKinstry

5. Arnold

Frankly, I am not convinced any one of those CBs should have a first round ranking.  I really don’t see any superstars there or players I would rank above Ringo for potential.  Look at Mitchell’s competition.  Yes, he looked good in the DB drills but those favor DBs.   Not sold that savvy route runners are going to twist him just like Ricks got twisted last year.  But I agree with McKintry over Arnold.  Beware of Alabama corners.  Saban was a genius on how to use DBs.  But note as a freshman, McKintry played and Arnold sat.  Wiggins can mirror but he is always going to be small on that frame. DeJean should play S in the NFL and might in that role be the best DB of those listed.  But I actually like the prospects in the S class and see value throughout the draft

Everybody is down on Bradberry but his weakness was exploited through bad play calling last year coupled with horrific safely and low zone (nickel/LB) play last year.  Now Slay is getting old and Bradberry near the end, which is why with all respects to the pundits, I would stick to my board if I was Howie and consider trading down if it builds draft capital.

Still think the largest defensive need iare nickel (not signed for future), LB (both ILB and Edge/OLB) and DE, that value is day 2.

DE/LB/S/DT/TE//CB would be my order of day 1 & 2 needs.

That dastardly Cartel

Don't ask which Cartel, it was just "THE" Cartel.

I'd rather trade 22 for Parsons.

I don’t see that on the heals of the Huff signing.  Plus tremendous loss,of the value of the rookie contract.

In this scenario there isn't any way for Howie to know this he simply gets his guy.

Just imagining the reaction if I was a student at Cincinatti and I was told Jason Kelce was making an appearance and he turned up in a suit and tie and made a dust dry speech about being amongst the 'August scholars of Cincinatti' or some crap.

I'll give you 2 guesses who said that but you should really only need 1.

Baldy said he could see Lane playing 4-5 more years. They're good friends and talk a lot and work out together.

Yeah they're hit or miss for me. Right now it heavily depends on the guest. But as an Eagles fan to call Kelce annoying or played out or whatever... blasphemous. It's like saying you're tired of Dawkins cause he yells too much.
