They may trade him for Guyton just to spite you.

They’ll package both second round picks for that

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Strange. Thought Jax was looking DB

Will Howie be talking tonight?

Cautiously optimistic with the pick. The pessimist in me is screaming the first DB taken at 22 overall is a big red flag though

He's actually a QB in disguise, Eagles about to invent a new type of wildcat formation.

Thank god we kept both of our seconds and all our fifths and got our guy!

Now we need an OT, a run stopping LB a TE and back up RB and DT but we have the picks to get them.

Best scenario possible

Trade back up in the 1st. Go get Arnold!

Eagles get mitchell

phillies beat the reds 5-0

Sixers beat the Knicks to make the series 2-1

so i guess Sunday should be an absolutely painful sports day

Yup!

Love it. Mitchell and Ringo as our starters at CB in 2025. Vital.

Is this pick a consensus love for the blog.  Haven’t really seen any negative posts about it yet

Some liked Arnold a little better, but pretty much everyone liked both.  So...  Yes.

Nice even though I choked the master of the draft because I didn't think he visited which it turns out he probably did.  Like him

7th OL taken isn't a great thing either.

It might not mean anything at all in the end. It’s just the "too good to be true” especially with the draft has burned me too many times

We need DE too. Our rotation is thin

Mitchell and Ringo are both sub 4.0 guys who are bigger corners. It's rare to get one guy like that in your secondary, much less two.

I would have preferred a trade down but I can’t be mad at this.

We got the only corner with no physical weaknesses.

Mitchell is big, strong, fast and tough.

My only concern is he is a bit boom or bust.

Why would you trade down when you got the number one prospect in a position of need?

He doesn't look thrilled.

I thought the same thing.

Rumors had him getting selected at #14/15.   He landed at #22.   That's a lot of money he won't be seeing on that rookie deal.

But, some guys just aren't demonstrative.

Only thing about Arnold was he certainly faced better competition

Trade those 2nds and go get another one

Biggest red flag for the pick so far actually.  when you put it that way, I worry if he’ll make the team.
