The more I think about it, the more I think if Mitchell wasn’t on the board we would have traded down and been fine getting "the leftovers”.

Mitchell is the only clean prospect at CB from a physical view. Arnold is slow, DeJean is stiff, Wiggins is small.

The risk is level of competition, but you aren’t getting a lockdown SEC corner who is 6 feet tall 195 pounds with low 4.3 speed at 22 overall.

I had the same concern, until I watched the senior bowl. He allayed my concerns there.

I'd be leery of Saban's portal too.

Saban knows DBs. He is a major dope but he knows DB

I bet Howie was offered the trade Dallas took which was a trade back a few spots with Detroit for an extra third round pick. Hard choice because he could probably have wiggans but he wasn’t sure. A lot of good players in the third.

You think Howie trades back into the 1st? Or trades up in the 2nd?

I'd be cool with trading 50, 53 and some change for a high 2nd + 3rd.

Saban and Belicheck, gods of DB play, loving Mitchell tells us everything you need to know.

Dude, he’s barely 21 years old after a year in the NFL.

The only reason he was available at the top of the 4th is because he was raw and not a finished product. He’s made game winning plays in big time college football and is literally 12 months ahead of his age peer group.

Dude, I didn't say he was a bust.  I didn't say they should cut him.   I said he needs to PROVE IT.   Being 21 doesn't mean anything.  There are tons of 21 year olds that enter the NFL and turn into nothing.  There are a lot of raw, not finished products that enter the NFL, and never become finished products.   Why do I have to anoint him rather than wait to see the evidence on the field?  How is that an unreasonable position to hold?

A lot of first round picks bust out in the NFL... but it is unreasonable to not believe that Ringo is a quality NFL starting CB as a 4th round pick until I see more on the field, because he's only 21?

Often people fall in love with what they believe a player will become, and lose sight of what the player actually IS in the moment.  At the moment, Ringo is a young CB that still has a lot to prove in the NFL.  He will have plenty of opportunity, he needs to take advantage of it.  I'm not down on Ringo.  I'm just not sold on him.  I've just heard lots of buzz about lots of DBs over the years to see them turn into nothing.  Once upon a time, CJ Gaddis was all that... then we brought in K'Von Wallace, who also made a lot of game winning plays in big time college football.  And we saw how that turned out.

Patience.  We don't need to anoint him just yet.

Cowboys will probably get Guyton or Newton.

Can we trade ahead of Dallas and grab Guyton???

No

Buffalo trades with Chiefs. Andy gonna grab Guyton ahead of the Cowboys.

Chiefs trade up. Probably for Worthy.

Yeah. After the Senior Bowl I didn’t think there was a prayer of him getting to 22. Thank goodness teams need QBs and OL.

Worthy would be their new Tyreek Hill.

We don’t even have a pick in the third and detroit’s pick they traded to Dallas was #9. With two picks in the second and a pick at the top of the third, your can fill a lot of holes, even before using the fifths to trade up for your guy.

Is DAL losing all the OL prospects?🤣

Later in the draft, I bet the Eagles will go out of their way to get Trotter Jr.

I love this new brand of All In Cowboys

True that.

My joke about Saban's porthole fell flat lol

It's Worthy.

Was hoping they were gonna grab Guyton to screw Jerry.

Crazy that worthy is going on round 1 but of course he will be great in KC.

How will Philadelphians mispronounce Mitchell?

Bill didn’t really seem to know much. He kind of just blabbered and said super general stuff.
