So assuming Sirianni is back, putting aside OC, I’d really like to see a new WR coach. We still can’t run WR screens or pick plays, none of our younger depth guys hve developed under him or done anything of note. Quez still is dumb as hell. I can’t imagine he is bringing much from a game plan perspective.

This is a blast from the past, but we don't even have a Greg Lewis type who we developed and turned into a slot WR. So many teams have those.

This! Aaron Morehead has done nothing since coming here. AJ Brown was already good with the titans. And DeVonta Smith highly likely would’ve been good with any wide receivers coach. They’ve given him guys to work with, and I would argue every single one of them got worse over their time with him 

A pick would be nice right about now.

I suspect Siri isnt the blithering idiot the scheme made him look like. I think a lot of it was his and Brian Johnson's interpretation of what Hurts can handle/process. I think if Siri is staying and hiring a new OC, then he convinced Lurie that he has a different offense than what we have seen and he wants to run it/an NFL style offense.

In comes JBC. Now, does Siri hire the position coaches? I would assume so.

If Siri is actually the blithering idiot most people seem to think, then it would be nice if JBC assembled his own offensive staff here.

But, he has a connection to the Colts.   That's all that matters.

Sirianni is a former WR and WR coach. WR somehow is our worst-coached offensive position.
