By dropping back 32 spots with this particular trade. And likewise, Detroit will likely make this a late 4th rd pick next year. It's an underwhelming move.

This draft was very top heavy. After the first 2 rounds a lot of the picks become either middling talents, major projects, or huge injury risks. So it's frustrating sure but probably the smart move.

Draft was meant to be top heavy. Eagles obviously hate it. Basically got 2 of the 3 top corners then just stocked up for next year.

Yeah was hoping we'd give Stout some prospects to work with but nope. Gotta wonder if they had some guys pulled out from under them and then didn't see anyone else worth taking so they keep dropping back to the next tier on their board before it happens again and the cycle repeats.
