I still can't figure that Jets trade.    They hold pick 173... so they jumped over the Eagles to land this Qb.   I guess they were worried someone else would trade with Howie to steal this guy from them.   

 

I'm guessing Howie made them think that was happening.

I like late day 3 picks.  one 5 should be able to get you 1 6th and 2 7ths.  I put out a list of many players I'd like as udfas and late picks.

Trevor Keegan.  Michigan.  I like that they took a Guard.  I don't know a lot about him.  But Michigan did well last year.

Dallas probably offered the trade and Howie called the jets saying "we don’t want him going to Dallas give us an offer.”

Keegan is a Michigan OL: super physical, but has athletic limitations. Smart. Will win a roster spot on will-power.
