I have a feeling that Parsons will be an Eagle next year

When people first started joking about this it annoyed me because it was so unrealistic. But it does really feel like things are falling into place, it’s weird

ESP doesn't even crack the Marcus Hayes tier

If you want a deep dive into ESP, one of his latest pod takes was "I was laughing at the Penix pick until I saw everyone on Twitter saying it was dumb, which made me start to think it’s actually a good pick.”

So that explains a lot.

Will be a Sixer about 2 months from today.

Le GM?  Have been hearing PG but Le GM sounds better.  Would ignite the Sixers.

ESP is a half-serious, contrarian millennial blogger with too much screen time.

Sileo stares a hole through a screen that is way too close to his face and acts like he's dropping wisdom. Like we dumb children need daddy Sileo to give us the harsh truths. Wanna pie face that dumb ogre.

So yeah, different levels haha.

I don’t think we’ll have the money for that, unfortunately.

There’s a lot of B roll in this. I hope it means we’re getting some full length behind the scenes feature on the draft, like the Lions and Colts do. Those are awesome.

I would make a huge stack of pancakes and eat ‘em like a mothaFa while I watched this in rapt attention.

Well, you would think that players would say happy talk things 100% of the time. If they don't it wouldn't be used in the clip.  Especially when it's edited by the organization.   I personally would think it would be more fun overall if the organization itself, the Eagles,  pushed forward the message of "we're winning Despite the fans".  More fun.   The Eagles just grind down against all the nastiness that goes toward the Eagles from fans.  Not saying it's a good idea,  but I'd find it fun.   I like AJ Brown and Slay more for what they said about fans and the media.

Saying nice things about the fans in general - extremely common, almost universal.
Saying critical things about the fans in general - extremely uncommon,  enough so for fans to really question if what they're doing is anything close to the right thing.  Doesn't really seem too much like some fans did that introspection.

I really hope a tornado hits your trailer.

I admittedly don't watch alot of basketball at any level, but this has been a crazy series. Two historic comebacks for both teams. Definitely feels like this goes 7 games and should be entertaining.

Wonder if there is an Eagles Super Bowl victory version of that Titanic meme out in cyberspace?

Asking for a friend...

Two late game heroes today. One not shocking (Maxey). The other? Fing CASTY.

They are two separate bets, each with a 1 month penalty for losing. In your initial post, you said Rodgers was a lock to make the roster and Bradberry was on the outside looking in. If Rodgers gets cut but Bradberry and Ringo make the roster, you lose the first bet and push on the other. Seems pretty straight forward, no?

Still seems one sided, but I am happy after the Sixers and the edible is kicking in.

Done.

Good example of good coaching, horrible start but Long expected it as they were fixing his swing mechanics in ST and knew it would take time.

Rojas has a quick bat, just inexperienced, still learning the K zone, how to bunt, etc. But his fielding lets them wait for his hitting to come around.

When Crawford replaces Castellanos in 2027, Phillies will have a track meet in the OF, they will be able to play anyone in LF, just cover the foul line.

Rojas' biggest issue was that long looping swing.   He's gotten much quicker through the zone without the stride and without the loop.   He's a work in progress, but he's so good in the outfield... they hurt themselves more than they help themselves when he's out of the lineup.  He wasn't supposed to come to the majors when he did last year, but injuries dictated it.   And he proved his worth defensively and frankly, didn't hurt them offensively in the regular season... so they ran with it.    And even though he was bad in the playoffs, they didn't lose the series because of him.   It was due to the top of the order failing to produce not the 9 hole.  He was just a convenient excuse.
