I can't stand Nick Wright and think he's a total fraud. That being said, he isn't wrong here. Allen's decision making on the last 2nd and 3rd down plays are some of the worst you will ever see from an NFL QB let alone an elite one.

Shakir was wide ass open in the end zone. It was the right play without question.

The Bills lost again.  Was rooting for them to get past the Chiefs.  Their window of success may be closing now.

Can the Ravens beat the Chiefs?  They have a good defense.  We'll find out soon.

Lions over the 49ers?  Deebow may hold the key.  If he plays, the 49ers' chance would be good, otherwise, it would be more even.

It’s the perspective of a fan vs casual observer.  Was Josh Allen the biggest issue tonight?  No.

But the Bills will go as far as Allen carries them.  If he’s not up to par, what’s the point of obsessing over Bass, the defense, or others.

That’s what I’d be thinking as a Bills fan.  It’s what I’d be saying about Hurts if our Eagles had an identical loss.

As a disengaged observer, one might say why they heck are you complaining about Josh Allen.  What about the injuries, defense, etc, etc.

Lol, of course he was their biggest issue. Who gives a crap what happened prior. 2nd and 9 coming off the two minute warning at the 28 yard line. They needed to score a TD and bleed the lock to win that game. They had the game on a silver platter. He went hero ball mode on both plays and chucked it into the end zone with guys wide open in the middle of the field for first downs on BOTH plays. This was after he had fumbled earlier in the drive and got bailed out by a KC player trying to scoop and score and his OL hustling down field to recover it. This is the story of Allen's career and so giving him the benefit of the doubt is no longer an option.

Maybe Jason will get some side action.

Travis will be busy with practice and meetings all week.

If he’s not been up to par for the last four years under Sean McDermott then at some point in time that’s not the guy that’s going to get him up to par. Maybe he never gets up to par. But I can’t keep going back to the same well and hoping that Sean McDermott finally gets it with him. At some point in time I have to make a change. And that isn’t an indictment against Sean McDermott.

i view it this way, sometimes you just need a different voice or a different perspective to get you where you need to go.

Punch yourself

Why would I want SF or KC to win the SB? I'll be rooting for the Lions against SF but I don't really have expectations for them.

WRONG

Diggs was even more open and gets them a first down and enables them to either bleed the clock and score a TD to win, or bleed the lock and have a significantly easier FG attempt to force OT. Buffalo's defense was getting cooked all game long and giving them the ball back with almost two minutes and two timeouts would have been handing them the game.

Even IF you are correct, he missed the throw, then missed Kincaid wide open at the 20 on 3rd down. A 50 million dollar franchise QB with a history of choking in big games is going to get killed for that sequence of events and for blowing the game and rightfully so. But hey, if you and others want to blame a kicker for missing a 44 yard FG is blustering winds knock yourself out. That game was over whether he made it or not.

Anyone making excuses for Allen blowing that game is a FN moron, plain and simple.

He doesn’t even know at this point

This matchup would be palatable but boring

Lamar Jackson is electric, the Ravens defense is a treat to watch, Gibbs is as dynamic as they come at RB, Hutchinson brings his mom and sisters and Harbaugh vs Campbell would be a great coaching matchup.

i wish nick was gone..if he brings back BJ the eagles are screwed before the season even starts

Lowie’s biggest win since last year’s NFCCG.

Reshaping the coaching staff and making everyone think Siri is doing it.  Works out great, doesn’t work…fire Siri next offseason.

Lol sure Nick is making the decisions.

He’s the puppet Lowie always wanted.

Exactly.  Siri gets to hang around for one more year, then it’s his turn to be the scapegoat next offseason.

Whoa. It was my understanding Carol, the assistant who wouldn’t shut up about a flea flicker, made these decisions.

This is why people who thought Harbaugh or Belichick were ever a realistic chance were foolish. Those guys wouldn’t make it five minutes past the initial interview before walking out. They want puppets as coaches, not alphas. Roseman has overall been a great GM for this team. Same as Lurie as an owner. But they’re on the precipice of being on their third coach in six years after next season if they miss the playoffs. No other GM has that long of a leash.

We are currently in 2019 in the vicious cycle of inconsistent QB play and a coach who is on the edge. If 2024 goes anything like 2020, the cycle will be complete.

As the EMB is now picking up the pieces of their rage about Nick, I come not to rub it in but to offer something nice.

Granted Rivera is probably the candidate they were talking about as a 'former head coach', but he doesn't have any Fangio ties either. So at the very least, the days of soft coverage might be over?

It's apparent after watching all of the playoff games that having good to great LB goes hand in hand with success in the NFL and TE is a position that can't be ignored. There were TEs making plays all over the place in every game I watched and I think back to the Eagles season thinking what in the world did they do in order to get Goedert the ball? The only play I can think of was the great playcall for TD last week. It's a crime that they can't find creative ways to get him the ball.
