Why would Howie be fired? He constructed two Super Bowl teams in 6 years. They've made the playoffs 6 of the last 7 years.

Howie is safe. I think Sirianni is too but Howie is definitely safe.

If Sirianni and BJ did their job this year I think there’s a good chance we make it to the divisional round if not further.

That’s how I view it. And frankly, I don’t think that’s the type of coach lurie is going to go after. If he’s going to fire Sirianni, it’s likely going to be for somebody like slowik or Ben Johnson. Maybe a Darkhorse is Joe Brady based off what he showed with the bills offense when he took over midseason as OC as he was also a candidate last time.

Exactly.  This is likely the most talent this team has ever had on an offensive roster in history.  And the defensive line talent is up there as well.

At least the NFC Championship game.  Would have been difficult to beat the 49ers there but at least we would have gotten there. 

Howie needs to go back to contracts. He needs to stay the F away from talent evaluation, particularly on defense. He needs to stay away from game planning and from creating offensive and defensive philosophies. He needs to stay away from tinkering with the coaching staff mid-season.

I’m not sure about the DL talent. Reddick and Carter are really good. Cox and BG are old. The rest are meh,

We have no Linebackers. People are suggesting we should consider trading Jordan Davis. Our corners are either old and slowing down, or always injured. I think the defensive roster is actually pretty overrated.

I think he's made some terrific moves but he's also done some disastrous stuff. Ignoring positions, being bad at drafting certain positions, contracts handed out to wrong guys etc.
