Ben Johnson is he gets the Wash job, which is no given, won’t have the Lions offensive line with him when he goes. Not even remotely concerned about that organization. I’m worried about the Eagles doing their own thing. They’ll go as far as Lurie and Howie allow them.

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Davis had kid gloves his rookie year, Jurgens was red shirted.

They don't count as young in their 2nd season?  You be trippin'.

But Bradberry is cooked and Slay is here probably just this year and that's it. Ringo shouldn't just be inked into a starter role.

Keep in mind Howie's track record at drafting CB. Well, his track record of drafting defense in general not named Jalen Carter. I'd be much more comfortable with him signing a CB than drafting one.

Seemed like a long first half.  Hopefully the Lions can hold their grit.

Slay, Ringo, Ricks, Rodgers will be the guys. Ringo & Ricks were both highly touted the year before they committed to the draft, I believe both 1st round projections at one point in their college career.

We have needs at RB, OL, LB, S, and WR/Front 4depth issues.

CJGJ was one od the true leaders wnd the heart of our defense.  Can't help but imagine a defense with the combined energy snd grit of Jalen Carter and CJGJ.

Forgot about him. Long term I think DE still makes sense since they've kind of ignored prototypical 4-3 DEs for too long. If Graham is gone that leaves only Sweat.

Fangio may want a 3-4 type end

"Letting” he was running in tandem with Jameson Williams and broke up across the face of a sitting LBer. Perfect play call. Can’t really cover 2 guys running in a line lol, definitely can’t go man with that much distance.

First I would be doubling st. Brown in This game to begin with. He’s the straw that stirs the drink for Goff. And I’m definitely not letting st. Brown get free releases off the line either. Asking to get burned by him doing that. He’s too good not to be physical with him like GB and the bears did in their two matchups in the games they won.  It’s why the packers (he put up yards after late in the 4th down 29-14) and bears had success defensively against the lions. If you are gonna let him have free releases and not be physical with him he’ll eat you alive.

Yeah.  This is definitely the way it is.

This game is going very well.

What does that even mean to you? What’s a 3-4 End that you speak of?

But looking at the Lions offence and the ravens and the chiefs defense today it is clear we are no way close to compete with these teams unless something drastically changes with the composition of the team in the off season.

One more half like that please and then four more against the Swifts

I think its Milton Williams or Jalen Carter, honestly.

What does the way the defense is getting shredded mean for Shanahan's offense also playing like garbage?   Granted, they had a missed FG... but 10 points in the first half isn't a good enough output either.   Shanny is doing Shanny things.

That's a concern. Howie sucks at drafting defense. And WRs outside the top 10.

Bless him.

That is still my favourite game of all-time.

17 points is 3 possessions. SF very unlikely scores on 5 in the second half, so 1 more TD by Detroit will be close to sealing this. TD + FG is SB birth

Milton Williams, Jalen Carter and Moro Ojomo are all exactly what you want in a 3-4 DE.

Losing Ben Johnson is gonna be a hit for the lions if he goes to the commanders. Thats not an easy loss to overcome.
