There’s no questioning Belichick’s coaching ability.  The factors limiting his appeal is his expectations of having complete autonomy in a new organization at nearly 72 years old

…and he’s never won without Brady.  Then add the cheating scandals, arrogance, etc.

Solid defensive coordinator  but I doubt he’ll go back to that given his HOF status as a head coach.

I also wasn’t super impressed with Chick Fil A’s. It was just a better version of a typical chicken sandwich. But the chicken sandwich wars were about going beyond that

I thought the best one was at the worst fast food restaurant. Burger King had one called the Chickking, that was amazing. But I think they discontinued it

Chick-fil-A is garbage. My poop is always solid after eating from there. I get the water works from Wendy's which @olsilverhairloves

Chad is kind of an idiot. He’s a fun interview but I don’t think he’d last long as an NFL coach

I'm sure he'll be better then Moorehead

You’re sure of a lot of things that I don’t think you should be so sure about

I think Kellen Moore could have say on the WR coach. I don't think Moorehead is safe just yet.

I'm sure, I'm sure

I think the never won without Brady thing is totally untrue for Belichick.  Some of those early SB's were all Belichick.  Brady's dumb luck SB post Belichick and Belichick's struggles to adapt to the NFL in his 70's really unfairly changed that narrative.  What he did as a HC was incredible.

Now...that said...it's over for him.  His drafting has been bad for years.  His style of coaching worked in NE because he was an institution.  That respect will not carry through to a new team of 22-27 year olds that will not tolerate his attitude or treatment.  The track record for arrogant HOF coaches in a last hurrah is abysmal.  The NFL smartened up to that and had no interest.  I'm not sure he'd even have value as a consultant.  Too stubborn, condescending, and controlling to offer much as a small cog in a machine.

It’s just crazy how all of Siri’s assistants are being canned. Literally all of them but he is safe. Maybe this is a common occurrence in the NFL but I couldn’t imagine a sales manager who leads a sales staff of say 5-10 people (in any industry) is allowed to keep his job while his entire staff under him gets canned by upper management.

That happens all the time in sales. They always fire the team first. Managers are typically safe unless they have misconduct or fail an audit.

What's his argument to stay? Who has he made better? Who has developed? No one.

Kind of is putting it nicely

Weirdest thing about Moorehead is he has never been anyone’s guy besides Doug, Press or maybe Howie. But he’s still here and even survived two coaching staff overhauls which is bizarre as is for a position coach. He’s had the job for 4 years, shown next to nothing, hasn’t advanced at all in his career but somehow sticks around.

Errr….they would have been gone regardless.   This was a clean sweep of the coaching staff.  Sirianni stayed on because he agreed to do the sweeping.

Feels like they want some sort of stability at the top while still being able to swap out the entire staff. I think they like the culture he created. From hearing the players it didn't sound like he had lost the locker room at all. That's what would have got him canned.

When he gets his hands on something, he never drops it.   I mean, he did drop ONE fumble his rookie year, but then everything after that... nothing, no fumbles.

At least he didn’t go to NYG

Someone here or on twitter said he should do an anecdotes type show.  I would watch an Xs and Os show/podcast/whatever with guests.  It would be great, IMO.
