I think he has s saying the guy that tackled him broke his arm on purpose... Not sure how else the guy is supposed to tackle him though, when goedert stiff armed him in the face the guy had nothing else to grab onto but his extended arm.

Who do they trade for? They already have cap space with expirings which would be the reason to be sellers.

See the facemask in the Washington game in 2022 to me was more of a cheap shot where he got hurt. That he extended to stiff arm and most defenders are gonna use the arm to tackle

What’s irritating is that their bullpen was hit or miss most of the year. Alvarado and Hoffman were the only consistent BP arms . And their lineup missed Hoskins. It was pretty obvious when you watch them all year they missed a guy like Rhys, who would grind out at bat and forced pitchers to use pitched on him. They really don’t have great protection in that lineup for Bryce Harper. You got Turner in front of him, but behind him it’s either Castellanos, realmuto who’s in decline or Alec Baum, who is not a cleanup hitter.
