Pro Bowl is useless lol.

It gives some fans here another excuse to criticize our players in drills. Maybe they’ll get lucky and Lurie will show up and they can whine even more

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Ok I love the Barkley deal

I know a lot of you watch college ball. Did Chip ever learn from his mistakes in the league? Foles set a record and has his gear in canton for that Raiders game

I remember he had those signs for the first year and then the league stopped that and the team took a nose dive

He wanted that fast paced offense. I don't see how Commies can do that unless they revamp the offense

Commie fans are gonna start yearning for the Snyder days if this keeps heading this way.

Big fella just can't get right smh

Maybe if he stopped falling to the ground all the time…

Doesn't mean much, but was thinking about the timeline of events that unfolded after Desai was hired.

If you recall, Darius Slay tried to force his way off the team early March last off season. There were rumors flying around the Eagles were going to cut him, I believe a report even came out that he was released. Slay was a big fan of Dennard Wilson and definitely not Matty pencils.

Desai was hired around Feb 28th.

Dennard Wilson was released and the very first rumor of Matt Patricia interviewing with the Eagles in any capacity happened March 5th.

The whole Slay being released rumors started to fly around the following week.

Slay signs extension March 16th.

Speculating, but wonder if something spooked Slay with Patricia being there and he wanted out. He was then given more money, made captain, and asked to stay and not rock the boat.

You could start this in 2022 starting with the Sixers fail and go all the way through to now. Don’t forget the Union! Philly Fails Unite!

I really blame the Phillies for the last 4 months of garbage. It started with them blowing the dbacks series and it’s been downhill mostly ever since lol

Have liked Bullard's game all through his college career. He's a day 1 plug and play slot CB IMO.

He's one of my top targets and would be perfect as a safety / slot hybrid. Long-term I see him in the CJGJ role towards the back end of the year where he is a starting S in the base D, and plays slot in the nickel

Wonder when Eagles are gonna make the Moore hire official.

It’s the best of the best in the world at their sport. They should be taking it seriously and competing. It’s one of the Eagles core values. Nick might have really lost the locker room if the players don’t even care to show up for this.

I know one thing is for damn sure, Ricky Watters would give it his all.

you want him to fill the role of below average safety with above average swag? I dont even want one of those.

Slay had issues with Patricia when they were in Detroit but seemingly patched things up.

That's actually saving him. He looks like a damn baby deer when he's not falling.

Patricia wasn’t signed until April. He interviewed for the DC job but wasn’t hired until after the Slay stuff went down. I remember Eagles interviewing him and everyone freaking out, then it went silent for awhile only for him to be randomly hired during Howies pre-draft PC.

Aj Brown obviously bailed because he’s being traded too

Just have the surgery

I know the blog is obsessed about upgrading the 3rd WR slot but I think it's a misuse of resources.  Even if a 3rd WR took all of the targets from Quez, Julio and Zaccheus, you're talking about 36 receptions on 60 targets.  Boyd had 81 targets last season.  I just don't think adding a more talented 3rd WR is going to change the amount of targets.  If you use Boyd's catch percentage and yards per reception replacing Quez, Julio and Zaccheus, his production would be 40 catches for 448 yards.  I just don't see the value added given the investment.

Here's where I differ to you. The value you are missing is the insurance policy (like a back-up QB).

Because this offence is so reliant on the big 3 (and particularly on Brown and Smith), one injury to either of the two completely sinks this offence. Like they can't move the ball and become so easy to defend as its a one-dimensional attack. We saw this in the Buccs game. Now that doesn't need to be Boyd or someone on a big contract but the drop-off level can't be OZ, Julio and Quez. Cheap but still functional FA (Wilson) and a mid round pick would work. It will also make the offence as a whole and the Big 3 more dangerous  having another reliable target.

Yeah, Patricia’s announcement was kind of weird. It was reported he was hired, he was on the teams website, and then all of that was walked back and taken down before the PC. Right as the PC ended it was all up again.

these officials are awful and mo bamba is a moron
