The bigger issue with slay is he’s 33 and likely not playing all 17 games. That’s his issue. He didn’t fall off like bradberry. Have to get another starting corner and have a good backup that can step in for when slay misses time

They have a bunch of key guys in 2025 that become FAs: aiyuk, Armstead, Ward, lenior, greenlaw, Hufanga. Purdy entering the last year of his contract. Plus i imagine Trent Williams begins to decline at LT over the next couple years.

Yeah, with Slay it doesn't look like his speed is what's going to go - looks more like he'll become a bit more brittle to the point where he just can't anymore. Kind of like what hapened to DeSean. Man was still a blazer in his 30's but soft tissue couldn't take it.

Eagles need to come out of free agency with either Winfield Jr, Snead, or Jaylon Johnson.

This game revealed 3 things: having a good pass rush is huge against offenses like Sf and against mahomes, ST can lose you a game (fumble and blocked extra point was 8 points for the chiefs) and having a competent 3rd wr that can step up unlike quez watkins helps.

#2 have defense systems where players are within 10 yards of a targeted pass catcher. 
#3 Pass Rush

#4 Run the ball

Kamren Curl, Xavier McKinney would be completely fine at safety if you can't afford or get Winfield. Kyle Dugger would be a solid back up plan if you can't land any. Johnson then Sneed for me at corner.
