We will get Zach Cunningham, Nakobe Dean, and 2024 RD4 Unknown Draft Pick and like it 🤣

Why would Dallas be in on him? They have Diggs and Bland.

Hopefully Fangio can help Howie identify some defensive players in the draft, because he's abysmal at best with it.

JPA might want to look at the cowpads cap situation with Lamb and Parsons needing extensions and 16 free agents including their starting LT, starting C and a key back up on the OL, their second sacker behind Parsons, their starting RB and his backup.  Yes, Gilmore and Lewis are free agents at CB but they still have Diggs and Bland.

It’s not JPA who reported it. It was Tony Pauline who said/reported it and they just used his info and attributed it to him in the tweet

Need more on this. Is it because they dont plan to offer him an extension? Or is it so that they can compare offers?

Assuming they don't plan to offer him an extension, it makes sense to try to get something in return for him now.  Then you free up an additional 16 million overall (Salary, roster bonus, workout bonus) despite minimal cap relief this year.

Doubtful its "so they can compare offers".  In addition to having a rough idea what the market is, if he hits FA his agent will let the eagles know what else is on the table so he can get maximum value for his client.

Will wait to see if the players also complain about the crap Jerseys by Fanatics

I know nothing about him, but this certainly got my attention. Where is he projected to go?

Cowboys make no sense.  They have two young All Pro corners.

He's pretty good but gets picked on in the red zone due to his size.  Not ideal height at outside CB.

He plays all over the secondary. Inside, outside, safety...

Probably best in the slot.

Travis Kelce was being an ass. I am not sure if it was a diva move.  He ultimately was mad about being taken out of a play that called for him to be a blocker.  He was mad because the play ended up in a turnover, in part, because the TE failed to make a block.  It's self-centered but it's not exactly divaish.

Ultimately, it's about the relationship Reid and Kelce have.  I do think if it wasn't Kelce the reaction would be worse.  I can't imagine, however, OBJ complaining to his coach that he wasn't in to block on a play.

He was mad about being taken out, and with the outcome of the play.   We do NOT know that he was upset about not being asked to block.  He could have been upset that they didn't have him in the game to THROW the ball into the end zone.

But, he definitely was acting like a diva in that moment.  Diva doesn't have to mean only wanting to catch the ball, it basically is about how you respond when you don't get your way.  Clearly, he was upset about not being on the field, and he let Reid know in no uncertain terms.

The teams need with a need at CB + tons of cap space + want to win now = Bengals, Texans, Lions and Panthers. Normally I wouldn't put a team like the Panthers, but with Tepper they will continue to push chips in. Other teams could make it work if they really backload the deal (Falcons, Chiefs, Giants)

Of course the Cowboys. They value defense and linebackers/safeties. He would be a great get for them. But it's ok, we have Howie's boys Jobe and Ricks to lock down opposing receivers.

Disappointed in this. Only .70! Do better Philly, aim for .80

Wingspan, arm length and hand size matters for CBs.  The concentration on height can be overblown.  (And it’s no secret I think the "under 6’ must be a nickel” crap from "draft pundits” is as moronic as "over 6’ and 200 but slow 40 must convert to S” crap.  Angles and instincts are so necessary for a S and frankly, that requires a quick step and acceleration. Think of the players that typically cover the TEs, slot. SS and LB (SAM included, Haason).  What different sizes and traits.  Maddox is actually pretty good at this against many TEs.  Speed and fluidity matter for DBs but in different ways.  Same with off ball LBs (and what has me a bit concerned about Dean).

They aren't going to tag him.   They need to use the tag on Chris Jones.

Edit: and if he doesn't come to Philly, I vote for the Raiders.  That would at least do something to spice up that old boring rivalry.

The guy gave up TDs in college because he gets picked on in the red zone.  I'm not making a sweeping generalization. I'm speaking about him in particular.

I wouldn't be surprised if a team still plays him outside.  That's where the vast majority of his snaps were. But he will probably be better suited in the slot.

I'd take him as a Maddox replacement but not for the outside

Aiyuk is awesome and I hope he goes to an AFC team.
