She wore red as a concession. That and The boys college team is at least a gesture of support

I was going to say that looks like a Cincinatti Bearcat shirt.

If Verse makes it to 19 I’d like to go get him.

I've been high on Jared Verse for a few years now. He's a stud and I would love the Eagles to get him. However, I don't see a huge drop in talent between Verse and Chop Robinson. Verse right now is the superior player, but Robinson is still very raw. He's played roughly half the snaps Verse did in 2023 and about 500 fewer over his career.

Jared Verse is 6-4 260 at 23 years old.

Chop Robinson is 6-3 254 and he just turned 21 last month.

Right now, based on the value chart, it would cost the Eagles their 3rd round pick to move up from 22 to 19. This draft has been touted as not very deep after 4 rounds. That 3rd round pick is needed to add a future starter on this team and the talent gap between Verse and Chop isn't big enough for me to give that up. If anything, move down a few picks if possible based on how the drat is flowing. If Chop falls to 25 (based off of this chart) let's say the Eagles trade down with the Packers to get him. The value chart says the Packers would need to trade 25 and 127 to get the Eagles 22.

My concern with this draft is that if it's true that it's 4 rounds deep, the Eagles are going to have to get creative to get value. They currently don't have a 4th round pick but they have 6 picks in the 5th and 6th rounds. This is a draft that Howie needs to ignore his urge to load up on 6th and 7th round picks and package what he can to move up in to the 4th. For instance, two of their four 5th round picks depending on how you package them could move them from 145 to 115ish. They could even package 170 and 178 and jump up to 128. Of course this all depends on a team willing to move out but just looking at the values again.

If you make the moves I just mentioned, the Eagles would have:

Round 1 (25)- Chop Robinson

Round 2 (50)

Round 2 (53)

Round 3 (97)

Round 4 (115)

Round 4 (127)

Round 4 (128)

Round 6 (184)

Round 6 (189)

They would have 7 picks in the first 4 rounds which is where the talent in this draft is. I'd much rather have the bulk of their picks used on top talent instead of using them on what generally would be UDFA. They also still have flexibility with their 2nd round picks to maybe get a 1st next year or move up to the early 2nd if someone drops out of the 1st this year.

She’s wearing a university of Cincinnati shirt. College. Where both the Kelce brothers went to college. Not the same as another nfl team.

More surprised at the Bills TBH

Yes, and that's the weirdest thing ever.   Exactly what does Pinkston know about RUNNING with the ball?  Or blitz pickups?  Or... just wow!

Master at avoiding contact.

More MLB uniform disappointment, especially for those who appreciate the fine details and craftsmanship that used to go in to making uniforms. The Phillies logo is no longer being chain stitched, instead it's just a patch and almost looks like felt. Most will say who cares but small details like chain stitching are what made authentic and game worn uniforms feel "special". Everything Nike has done to the MLB uniform just looks cheap. I really hate what Nike has done to the aesthetics of the sports they touch. Not that Adidas or UA are much better but Nike ruins everything they touch.

Demarcus Lawrence gets roasted for saying the Cowboys were burnt out, long season, "the legs get tired."

How do all the other teams go through the playoffs then?

The guy making the chart might have been drunk himself - making it left to right, all the way down. lol

Oh really? No way.

Tell the poorly worded tweet.

Was there any motive released for the shooting yesterday?

If you're a real nerd, SumerSports recently published a paper to MIT on a framework they want to implement to better analyze and assist with offensive line player development

https://www.sloansportsconference.com/research-papers/using-tracking-data-to-build-offensive-line-development-tools

It gets deep into the details, but it's pretty interesting to see how these things get conceptualized and the level of detail the data can provide. For instance, they are able to track a single OL players exact coordinates on a field 10 times every second. That level of detail, for every player, is crazy and shows how big analytics is for the NFL and the direction its headed.

People are going to start posting pass blocking charts instead of QB passing charts.

I wish they would show this for 54 seconds during a game. No complaints about that. Who's gam gam is this?

I am concerned about his age.  I wouldn't mind them going CB vs. trading up at that point.

I have not heard.  I am not even sure that it was one person vs. several because 3 people were arrested.

Congrats.  Enjoy it.  Talked my wife into joining me in retirement last year and haven’t looked back. Is yours retired yet?

Thanks. We'll retire at the same time

I have all 50 states and that requires traveling through the state to count. Wife is at 45 but we hope to cure that this summer.  (MI, ND, MT, WY and ID). Get off the freeways and enjoy.

Caribou? Canada or AK?   Can’t imagine dressing either of those two and carrying out of the woods.

Newfoundland and the guides do most of the work

Thankfully those shooters can’t aim , could have been much much worse than it was

still very sad situation
