Foles somehow plays amazing in only Eagles gear

I think it's disrespectful to have Smith at $2. Why is Shady at $5?

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Potential eagles free agent signing, Van Ginkel 2023 highlights.

Maxey is apparently in the skills challenge about to start right now.

He ultimately didn't.. he got outbid which proves my point.

He threw big money just not the biggest money. I think Howie will do it for a safety if they're a player he thinks is truly elite. Like one of the 3-5 best in the NFL. But not for anyone else.

Remember when Schwartz came over he brought his Buffalo LB with him and it worked out pretty good

Sixers can’t even win a skills completion.

theyre in the finals!

and we will always have Mac McClung.

man they only made 1 half court shot. Of course it was Maxey who drained it. But that was bad.

He wasn’t particularly special that year though. He was up and down.

He actually was.  He showed he was very clutch during the end of games.  A certain troll here that had a bias against him that is now banned from here would knock him as someone who scored garbage points but the fact is he got the Eagles in position to win the game late but the Eagles defense always failed to get the ball back with like 3-5 minutes left in the game. 49ers, Chiefs, Bucs and Chargers were all games in 2021 the Eagles could have and probably would have won if the Gannon Eagles defense was able to get the offense the ball back at the end of the game.  Their one loss to the Giants which was probably Hurts worst game as a pro he still came up at the end at hit Reagor with not one but two passes that would have won the game if he just caught them in the endzone.  Jalen flashed a hell of a lot that season and the team was trash.  It was a big reason why I knew 2022 was coming from him and so many of you were caught off guard because so many of you don't really know how to analyze and know what you are seeing, just what you are told by other people like you.

At one point, McLeod and Jenkins were the highest paid safety duo in the NFL…

Hurts would have sucked at that. Thank god this city has Maxey.

Really?  So pitchers don't bat anymore?

Shows you how much I follow baseball.

Yea no pitchers go to bat anymore, it's awesome because no we aren't wasting time watching a position that historically bats like .100.

It was cool seeing pitchers get clutch hits and even home runs (Joe blanton), but it wasn't worth it to see 1000 pointless at bats for 3 fun ones each season. It was the right move

I guess if Reddick is out, AvG makes sense as penciling in Nolan as a starter seems like a matter of blind faith. Reddick’s dead money plus new $ at the same position won’t be great for the cap - but I’m not sure how that might hinder other signings at LB, S, CB, base DE, etc.

In Van Ginkel's video there, there seems to be a lot of stand up backers playing in the wide 9 hole. With only 2 down linemen playing in the 5 holes. Or a 3-tech and a 5-tech.

If thats the plan here, we will potentially be needing another stand up rusher opposite reddick. Sweat might be ok there but I dont think its his best utilization. Wouldnt mind a Reddick extension, Sweat trade, and Van Ginkel signing.

Yeah Sweat seems like a fish out of water in Fangio's scheme.

Not sure what he'd get in a trade, but I'd hope that the brain trust looks at the possibilities.

Gotcha - I guess similar short term cap concerns but with Sweat instead, although does seem unlikely that both Sweat/Reddick can be afforded (at least not without going too lean again elsewhere).

Going to need some seriously good LBs and Ss if Fangio is going to play that light of a front (and JC and JD are going to have be masters at 1.5 gapping).

There are varied fronts of course. Maybe thats just where van Ginkel does his best work which is why it showed up so much on the vid. Or maybe thats where they spend the most time. Not sure.

I like the multiple front / versatile player dynamic… sitting in essentially a 2-4-5, well yeah that’s got to be situational.

Lol

Boooooooo

The fact is there is no definitive argument that any other QB in the league right now is better than Hurts other than Mahomes.

I'm so excited for him to prove the haters wrong again. I'm so excited to see those cockroaches sprint out of their holes again to go full hate mode again.  He is so far form the problem and is very likely the second best player in the league at any position that it's laughable. But okay, he will prove it again.  We should have a confident DC for once since Schwartz.  Just need to hope that the Moore/Sirianni hybrid works out.

I can't stand him and have never hid that from anyone.

Do you actually believe this rubbish you’re saying ? He didn’t really prove anything this year
