This is true.  Jurgens isn't a guard.  Line play wasn't all his doing, but he is a center.  A stud RG would help an aging Lane as well.  Dotson or Hunt would be pricey but excellent and we wouldn't need to use our 1st round pick on OL.

I thought before jurgens suffered his injury he was playing pretty well at guard. After his injury he was still solid but not at the same level he was prior to missing time. That said if zak zinter is there at 50 i wouldn’t be shocked if the eagles do what they did with Dickerson. Also i dont know where hes getting drafted. Seen projections all over the place

Nope. Any QB who gets in the fetal position and sobs on mommy's shoulder after a loss is not mentally strong enough for the NFL

This is the new NFL. He will be able to cuddle with the refs.

If this guy had something he’d have thrown it out there cause he wouldn’t want the credit to go to someone else when it got broken. He’d want to be the first and out his name too it. That said the Barkley part was interesting. Don’t see that with what it would cost.

Would be stupid

Think he goes to the chargers. No way the eagles pay him due to position and just wear on him.

Despite his short arms, I wonder if Steen might have been drafted to replace Driscoll as swing T.  (Listed as an OL on PE.com roster page). Not much though because Seumalo played some OT as he acclimated to the NFL.

Interesting moves on OL in futures.  Kinnard is probably a G.  (Listed as T in transactions on PE.com but as a G on the Roster page).  Poe is interesting.  Pretty decent athleticism (4.95 forty and decent 3 cone for a 300 lb man) but short arms, height and a bit light (300 lb) for a G.  Smart as a whip, got a Masters while in college with a 4.0 and an SAP certification.  Wonder if he might be groomed as a C.  (Listed as G in transactions on PE.com but as C on roster page - sloppy Spads). Pretty decent reps at his pro day (albeit short arms).  Lecitus Smith, a C on transactions page is an OL on roster page.  Suspect the Eagles give him some G reps.). Clark back again.   Not sure why.  Similar feelings about Roderick Johnson.mmToth returned from the Panthers with some starting experience.  They list him as a T on transactions but G/T on roster.  Eagles seem to like Gs that can play C and vis-versa.  That said.  They also like G/Ts. Opeta was a T, so was Seumalo.  Now Kinnard and Toth.  Eagles need 3 OLs on the 90 man.  Wouldn’t be at all surprised if the draft includes an OT and a C, if BPA.

Speaking of futures, Noah Elliss back again.  Really need to school both Davis and him in nutrition and body maintenance in the offseason. Would love for Lane to invite them to his backyard gym.

Oh god yes. A kings ransom of picks and you can still take Daniels at 6, if I'm Chicago being offered that I snatch their hands off 1000 times out of a 1000.

This is 100% troll behavior by him.   "I know something you don't know.   But, I won't tell you what it is."

Over the past 4 years, Saquon Barkley has averaged 4.01 yards per carry, and 6.49 yards per reception.  You can get that level of RB production from pretty much anybody, literally.

I wonder what he thinks his market is.  Spotrac has his estimated market value at $9.9M per season -- 3 years, $29.9M total.  I really don't think I'd pay him half that, either in money or term.

Tough to know.   The Giants' OL has been complete trash for a long time.

I’d actually like to see him with a better Qb then Daniel jones or Tommy devito and a better oline then the giants had. I think part of it is he hasn’t lived up to expectations when he came out and the other is the giants oline and Qb situation makes him look worse. I wouldn’t pay him it either. Frankly Qb situation is better with chargers than giants but their oline isn’t exactly great outside of LT and C (when healthy)

Over the past 4 years Barkley has been tailback for a team with the corpse of Eli Manning and Daniel 'The Agony of Hope' Jones at QB and the worst O Line in the NFC East. I'm not a fan of spending big on RB either but I could see $10million a year for Barkley if you have a decent line and wanted a feature back who's a better receiver than most for a couple of years.

Might be alone in this, but I think Williams busts, personally.

I know what happened in Philly last season too.  The defense was as effective as a screen door on a submarine.  The offensive play calls assumed defensives had to count to 5 Mississippi before rushing the passer.

$10 million for a RB that hasn't ever really been dominant is not good money.  You are still paying him on potential.  Potential he hasn't demonstrated.  I would rather they re-sign Swift who has more tread and some upside.

I like their stream quality but the direction the league is going in isn't good for the fans

I look at the carton situation like this, if you had that type of information you’re not gonna sit on it. You’re gonna put it out there. Even if people are going to ridicule you and/or belittle you about it, it’s info that you trust from a source and would be a massive story. No good journalist is holding that story back. Unless it was told to him off the record which he has yet to say so I’m guessing it wasn’t.
