No, he actually said in his locker room interview at the end of the season that he was a journalism major.

lol right over your head.  I know that’s what he ‘majored in’….but again, he was the #7 WR recruit in his class and went to Ole Miss.

I understood what you meant. I believe him.

Possible but with how tight lipped the Eagles are about everything and how meticulous they are about stuff like this, I don’t know if they would give him the green light.

They have a guy whose job is to stand at press conferences and nod his head yes or no about questions that should or shouldn’t be answered.

Can I get that job?

And if I get sick, just put this guy out there.

I’m looking to go to my first Eagles game and first game at CBP this year. For those of you who are familiar with seating, what would I have to spend at each location for good/decent seats?

What are you looking for in seats at CBP?  If you want 'experience', seats in the outfield near Ashburn Alley are very affordable... and some folks actually just watch the game from the SRO areas by the batter's eye/bullpen.   Sitting near "The Angle" is a nice spot for that. (Section 147 & 148 which is closer to the wall.)  As @LeanMeanGM stated the opponent will determine the cost.   Under $50 per seat is a good range to focus on, though, I think Atlanta will go up closer to $75+.    If you are looking for even cheaper seats the bleacher seats in the "rooftop" area can also be a fun spot though the view of the game isn't nearly as good.  But its a nice spot if you are part f a large group.

Eagles games will be much more.  I've not seen enough games in person to advise a preferred location, other than standard stuff... either near the 50 or the end zone if you prefer that vantage point.

I don’t think it’s about whether AJ has done right or wrong. I agree with you he hasn’t done anything wrong other than showing passion. As he pointed out Travis did that in the SB and it’s all kind of been brushed under the carpet. It’s about the distraction this all causes and it keeps happening.

It’s a tough market to lose in.

AJ Brown could have conducted himself differently and this storm wouldn’t have settled and circled over him.  In my mind, I don’t care; he didn’t really do anything wrong.  But he also could have avoided it.

Media in general is toxic. I wish there was more passion about how the general media acted. This is just sports.

Yup. It is worse in some markets though.

If you're a Charger or Jag, you're just not getting the same type of coverage.

Are they even getting any coverage?    You picked two milquetoast franchises and milquetoast fanbases (if you can even call them that) in cities that don't care about their sports teams at all... and in the case of the Chargers, you chose the little sister franchise.

In Philly, the Eagles are ALWAYS in the spotlight.  And its because of fanbases like this one that the NFL makes as much money as they do.  They don't rake it in because of franchises like the Chargers or Jags.

Okay man.  Find me a single article mentioning Bamba playing well for the Sixers this season.  Any sort of beat writer, or sports media personality that follows the team that has shared a similiar sentiment that Mo Bamba has been anything but bad for the Sixers this season.  Because I can certainly do so for the opposite.

He's been fine given his role as the third center who doesn't even play if Embiid is healthy, and would hardly be playing if Batum and Covington were healthy (small lineup).

He's making minimum salary and does his job, blocks shots, rebounds decently (though lack of strength is evident) isn't a total cipher on offense.

Almost the entire fan base was always behind AJ, it’s the 10% of crusty old negative loud negladephian fans that **** no matter what that were behind this echo of fake news. crap is so old and tired. Every little thing criticized so they miss the forest thru the trees.

We perceive it as a distraction because we see it online. I don't think it's a distraction at all. It has zero effect on the team.

lmao, unhinged?  I hit you with a sick ass edited Hurts highlights diss track in video form.  Even fits in with subtitles Hurts saying the rent is owed and he has to work when Kanye is dropping the line about those that would never take work off.  Then it says run away as fast as you can as Hurts busts off one of his best career runs.  The beat dropping with AJ catches the TD.  The cut to Hurts dancing with the look at you background chorus saying look at ya.  Again the same chorus as he points to OZ and again right when OZ catches it.  Lyrics saying always do something wrong as Hurts runs it which is always wrong to you haters.  Then saying to you haters have putting up with his crap for too long as he runs it in for a gaming winning TD.  Saying so gifted at finding what he doesn't like the most as he stands there emotionless as his teammates surround him after the game winning TD.  All the while the commentators cutting in and out perfectly with the vocals from that Hurts TD run against the Bills until the rest of the way.  Then yeah your cameos  But for such a piece of quick art you should be honored to be in it.  Not crying to a mod.

Good job dude

Anyone here know how to get blood out of a mattress? I banged my nose on something when doing chores and it started gushing onto my mattress. I used hydrogen peroxide but there's still a brown tinge discoloration where the area didn't used to be. I didn't pour it directly onto the mattress, I dipped a cleaning cloth into it and then dabbed at it. Not sure if I was supposed to pour it on, all the google stuff said it should foam up, but it didn't. I didn't want to pour it on directly because I didn't want it to seep in and cause mold issues.

Jalen Ramsey suggests Vic Fangio misused Dolphins' CBs

Vic Fangio brought his talents to Philadelphia, and Jalen Ramsey is among those in Miami who didn’t shed any tears about his departure, Glenn Erby of USA Today's Dolphins Wire reports.

During the Pro Bowl, Ramsey stated that he "wished Fangio well,” but his real feelings came out after it was revealed that the Dolphins would release star cornerback Xavien Howard.

After the release was reported, Ramsey took to social media to proclaim Howard as the "best cornerback in Dolphins history.”

Ramsey’s comments at the bottom of the post should be most concerning for the Eagles, as he suggested that someone failed to utilize the talents of two All-Pro caliber cornerbacks properly.

Fangio’s scheme implements some man-coverage principles and creates a lot of versatility in his defensive calls. His defense focuses on limiting explosive plays with heavy zone coverage and looks that give opposing offenses a chance to run the ball.

Fangio’s defenses don’t blitz a lot either, with the idea being to limit explosive passing plays, force teams to run the football, and then win with four pass rushers up front.

We really shouldn't be surprised unfortunately. I'm hoping for the best but I wanted to be done with this scheme. If we see our corners not being in a good position and being way off the ball and Fangio is being a stubborn old mule and not listening to his assistants on how to change things up we should be calling for his head too.

We don’t have to be too concerned about the opinion of anyone who types ikno fa show, even if it is an all pro cb.

I'm by no means a Fangio cheerleader, but I couldn't care less what Ramsey has to say. That dude has always been all about himself. As for Howard, he has had two lackluster years in a row now and actually graded worse than Bradberry in 2023. I'm sure that's all because of Fangio who was only there for 2023.
