He gives absolutely horrendous takes.  His sourcing is probably really good, which makes his takes all the worse.

I definitely will not miss him a bit.

He does write well though, he and Judy Battista.

We're barely 2 weeks into the offseason and you're in mid-season form.

hahaha use it or lose it. Someone has to balance out RTK. The rest of you can be in the middle.

Got jumped by 6 guys?  LOL

He appears to be grappling with one guy and another grabs him from behind to prevent him from pummeling the first guy; neither guy actually throws any punches at him.

Rule of thumb -- if you're in a fight and, at the conclusion of the fight, they still haven't been able to knock the silly hat off your head .... those are some wimpy combatants.

With the RB market oversaturated, if the Eagles want to keep Swift, they'll likely be able to at a decent price. The biggest question is do they want to? Curious if Moore will push for a specific RB in the market he thinks would fit his system.

Should be an easy off-season to replace or retain Swift. So many veteran backs will let some under the radar guys get scooped up for less.

Antonio Gibson and JK Dobbins are minimal risk short contract candidates.

Barkley, Pollard, Swift, and Jacobs will likely reset the market for the older guys like Henry, Ekeler, and Zeke.

I’d be happy with any of them, even though Pollard gives me DeMarco Murray vibes

I'm still only seeing 3 guys here, and one of them is trying to hold "backpack man" back from fighting.  I don't know why he's trying to sucker punch a guy while climbing up steps; not gonna get much power behind that punch, and he was immediately stalemated by Newton.  Some other midget threw a punch at the end, which might have hit Newton's chest if it had landed.

Not exactly Top Shelf Performance by that "crew".  None of them thought of grabbing Newton's legs and tossing him over that railing?

The QB the Eagles should be looking at is Joe Milton. Late round, absolute bazooka.

The one nugget in there:

In fairness i tend to agree with Peter king on that

Fanatics just can't do much right. They now own Mitchell& Ness, which was once one of the best jersey manufacturers out there. Check out this gem they just released.

Thank goodness.

If not for that play, I probably wouldn't remember anything about Leon Lett's career.

Such a dumb argument by utter brainlets. The ball carrier being responsible for protecting the ball is irrespective to the punishment for fumbling outside of the end zone. Two things can be true. Yes, they should protect the ball. No, you should not reward a team with possession for not physically recovering it. If you want a fumble, recover the damn ball. This rule is a handout. And it doesn't apply anywhere else on the field. A player reaching for the first down marker and having the ball slapped out as he crosses doesn't lose possession of the ball. But the goal line you arbitrarily do. It's a stupid rule. Stupidity should be corrected whether it's a pressing matter or not. And just in general it's not an exciting play. No one wants to see a thrilling drive end that way, it's bad for entertainment value.

Swift's comments make me think he's gonna be holding out for a big payday.  That's not happening here.

My jury's still out on Swift.  We did not get to see his whole game.  Rushing game was strong, but it's a mystery why he had career lows in receptions.  Is he not a good receiver or is BJ incapable of using Swift in the passing game?

Of that list my favorite would be Josh Jacobs.  Lots of wear on those other guys.

It’s been discussed incessantly, but the bottom line is the end zone belongs to the defense. If you lose possession of the ball there, it should be awarded to the defense.

Jacobs had 340 carries in 2022. Those types of years usually take it's toll for the rest of a backs career.

I get what you're saying, but the offense gets a ridiculous amount of handouts throughout a game - automatic first downs if a defense even farts near a receiver for starters.

Hopefully if they are farted on they don’t get pink eye
