Ok I love the Barkley deal

Sirianni came in as 6th best coach. Lurie is 7th best owner.

Howie is the problem. He wants to keep JB as well.

Edit: corrected

B- for locker room. Went up from last year but there's a locker room problem

If the survey data is accurate then this just debunked all of those reports

The survey is for the quality of the locker room and not the personal drama.

However, I don’t believe there is a locker room problem.

Maybe.  It's very possible Howie wanted to dump Sirianni but was overruled by Lurie.  I think GMs are less about optics and more about results, while owners weigh both.  Firing another SB coach so quickly is poor optics.

Ah ok. Agreed

In other news the Eagles don't plan to tag Nicholas Morrow.

He gone

But at what cost and what are the Eagles asking?

Still don't think they'll get a combination of draft capital they'd want and a team paying him what he wants.

Better be a 1st. I'm gonna be pretty upset if they trade him

The Eagles trading Reddick in itself would piss me off less than the idea of them choosing Josh Sweat over him. That's what I think this is all about. If Sweat were traded say a year ago, I think Reddick would've already been signed. They don't want to pay both.

And Sweat is just the latest Eagles draft pick the team overrates. Granted, he's one who's actually good, but they still overrate him. The way beat guys who talk about Sweat, they say the Eagles think Sweat is a top tier pass rusher and he's not. Picking him over Reddick would just be another example of them overrating their own draft picks. They tried to extract blood from a stone with Barnett, Reagor, they're still doing it with Gainwell. Even with the difference in their age, if the Eagles drafted Reddick and signed Josh Sweat, I guarantee Sweat is the one they'd be shopping right now.

The offense wasn't the main issue last season. It wasn't fundamentally broken but predictable and they did not adapt it to deal with situations.  I think a lot of what they do will still work but hopefully Moore being in charge will make it better situationally.

How does Alshon still have the inside scoop?

And here we thought Doug was the ice cream man. Alshon was the one with the golden scoop.

I get the sentiment, but let’s use some common sense here. Moore is going to look at what worked well here and work it into his offense. He won’t just run his own stuff.

If Reddick wants $20+ million a season at his age, I don't think that's a deal the Eagles should make.  I view the choice as being between Reddick and more snaps for Nolan Smith.  They invested a first round pick in Smith.  Trade Reddick and make Smith a starter.

Sounds like Lurie needs to fix the travel issue and probably before the Brazil trip.

Surprised at the C for family and no daycare.  Expect that to be fixed real soon. Sort of thing to embarrass Lurie.

I'm not saying they are the same but it's something to at least compare to.

Haason Reddick will be 30 this year (September). He had 11 sacks last year at 29.

Robert Quinn had 18.5 sacks when he was 31 and the Eagles traded a 4th rounder for him when he was 32 when his sack count was at 1.

I think a a 3rd and conditional 5th gets it done.

I'm stupid. You're smart. I was wrong. You were right. You're the best. I'm the worst. You're very good-looking. I'm not attractive.

Don't think the Eagles would take any less than a 2nd+.
