  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

It has been reported Burns will be tagged.

From what I saw yesterday Panthers stopped contract talks with him & he’s set to hit FA

EDIT: nvm just saw the update from schefter

I'm out for a 2nd + 20m per season. Just too steep. And he's coming off his best year by far, I typically hate paying guys off their best season.

It will be interesting to see if they still run the Brotherly Shove with the same level of success. I still think the "shove" or "push" aspect isn't really what makes it work. Many times, there is no one really pushing Hurts at all. It's Kelce and the O line and Hurts leg strength. Then again, Wentz ran QB sneaks successfully as well. I guess we'll find out for sure how much was Kelce's impact in getting so low.

Hurts can take one step to the left and run it behind those two monsters.

A lot of different teams. He's probably going to end up being the #1 free agent that's not tagged, depending what happens with Chris Jones.

The NCAA seems to be okay with it. She broke the NCAA scoring record for men’s and women’s history. That’s fact. You guys saying it "doesn’t fit or "shouldn’t count” because she’s a woman is devaluing her accomplishment lmao.

There have been 50+ years of collegiate athletes who could’ve broken his record and didn’t, men and women. She’s the first one, and regardless of if it was a man doing it or a woman doing it, she is the new record holder.

Yeah, but this is like if I show my new Hot Wheels Porsche to a guy driving an actual Porsche, and then expect him to be impressed or interested in it

How the hell does Kelce top that for his HoF speech?

Shirtless in the yellow jacket, wearing sandals, shorts and a 6 pack of beer.

Still really bummed. No other Philly athlete could retire tomorrow and make me feel 1/10th of what I've felt today.

Wait till Ben Simmons hangs then up.

I can't imagine the Eagles are going to be able to afford him.

Stout's post on Kelce is a very high praise to a player under his watch and from the best OL coach in NFL.  Kelce did not get the best send-off as how the last season ended.  That does not take away all the good things he did on and off the field.  We shall see what will be his next chapter, whatever it is, we can be sure he would make it counts and shines.

I hope he leans into the bit and cuts the sleeves off the jacket

They can afford anyone, it just wouldn't really fit into any type of plan though

I would have loved to send Kelce off with another SB ring but I'm happy he's doing it on his own terms and not just chasing the imaginary dragon for another year. It's still disappointing how much the team collapsed and that will be his final two months in the NFL. He doesn't deserve a sendoff like that but there's something admirable with him accepting it.

Pretty wild that Kelce never played with McNabb. Kelce's feel like he's been here so long it feels like they played together, but they didn't. Time flies, it doesn't feel like McNabb was traded that long ago.

I really think him and Cox were both going to retire last year but after barely losing the superbowl they gave it one more run, it’s a shame that’s how his last season ended in Philly.

Brandon Graham will be the last remaining Eagle to play for Andy Reid if Cox retires also
