Just a reminder of how exciting Jurgens was during his rookie preseason. Just like watching Jalen Carter in the early part of this season, watching Jurgens at Center was worth the price of admission. The guy has it.

I remember and am hopeful for him suspecting he will make a better center than guard. But he was consistently overpowered this year at guard. Stout will work his magic again. But just to be safe, I want to be sure guard is shored up as well as can be. I cant trust Steen next to a starting new center.

I think him or Rattler will be taken with a day two pick. It’s not necessarily a knock on Hurts as much as it is getting a QB on a rookie contract who can be developed into a backup and best case scenario flipped for a pick down the line. I don’t think they’re going to rely on McKee to be that guy moving forward.

Hurts has been injured the past three seasons. They need a good backup.

I like mckee, but wouldnt be opposed to the eagles using a late pick on a qb..

Too many needs to take a qb earlier than id say the 5th

I know I'm just repeating myself right now but there's no way Jurgens played over 300 lbs this year. I'd wager he was under 290. He's just not built for RG. Jason Kelce hand picked Jurgens in the draft. That's enough for me.

Cooper Beebe in RD2 if Steen is not that dude at RG.

I didnt think jurgens was consistently overpowered

There were times where he destroyed guys and much like kelce was due to  proper leverage technique and footwork.

I think jurgens will be fine, hes farm strong really athletic and a hard worker.

He was miscast at guard but should fit in better at center.

The problem is, we have no idea what Steen is right now so they either gamble on him being the guy and pass on OL talent in the draft, or they use more high end draft capital on OL and a 3rd rounder continues to sit without a position.

Eagles may have a news dump over the next 2 days. Today was Kelce day but they have some work to do.

Barnett and Cox were in the basement? Come on man stop while you're ahead.

Lmfao again being obtuse. If you're gonna sit here and try to act like Tennessee and miss state are relevant SEC schools there's no helping you.

Dude clearly meant Howie wasn't drafting premium SEC talent (and you can only name Cox and no one else, 1 dude in 10 years), and you thought you were being clever and "well ackshually he did draft from Vanderbilt and Tennessee" lmfao.

I like what i saw out of steen at guard, hes athletic explosive and strong, just needs to get better with technique.

I think eagles fans are so accustomed to having a group of stud o lineman that they dont have the patience to ket guys develop.

They're SEC schools numb nuts lmao. Alabama and Georgia aren't the only teams in the SEC genius. Cox, Barnett, Smitty 1st rounders. You weren't even following the damn conversation. 3 1st Round SEC guys before he went nuts in a draft.
CBs in the 1st round ZERO. In fact I'm pretty sure you agree but you just want to argue for whatever reason. It's ok ... Kelce will be fine.

We may have lost kelce today  but we still got 8 more years of bryce Harper!

Agreed I think some folks just assumed he was overpowered a lot because maybe they saw him lose a few snaps and he's not the biggest guy. He was pretty solid overall until he started getting banged up a bit.

Lol

Yeah no Fing ish they're SEC schools guy, are you brain dead? They're bottom tier SEC schools, how many times do i have to say that? He didn't draft anyone from a legitimate SEC contender until smitty. Miss State was mid while Cox was there, Tennessee Fing sucked while Barnett was there, and vandy has been garbage forever. I truly can't believe how hard this is for you to comprehend.

Because he gets along with the other type A personality football stars does not mean you want them to follow his example.

Unless you want a bunch of players whose attitudes are "well we got crushed and the whole team sucked, but I had a great game". Then he's a great choice to lead.

You think the people being drafted into the NFL aren’t other A-type star athletes? Lmao.

The fact that you use a clip from his podcast to gauge his leadership on the field and in the locker room is WILD.

Facebook doesnt seem to have it

Last year the Eagles created a separate YouTube channel just for press conferences & interviews.

Follow it & you'll see their PCs at the top of your YT page often.

It's also easy to search YT (or Google). They use Facebook Live which doesn't always remain with the recording after. Plus I find that annoying with the comments & emojis.

YouTube is the best bet.
