Eric Bienemy

I like his offenses and, from the reports I have read, sounds like he is a hard ass.

After that big of a dumpster fire, there is only one thing to do.  Burn it down!!

Everybody has blame in this but the players come with contracts that limit the options there.  The coaching staff doesn't.  Get rid of those bums.  Not only have the players not improved but they have regressed.

Lurie is spending tons of money on players with a pop warner coaching staff.  Time to upgrade.  Ben Johnson wants $15 mil give it to him if he is your guy.  Harbaugh wants final say you give it him.  The guy knows how to build and coach quality teams.

Bj and Sirianni took a Ferrari of an offense and ran into the ditch because they don't know how to drive it.

This city, this fan base and the players who care serve better than what they got this year.

I think that is a bit over the top.  They swung and missed and in doing so, made some missteps. Brought back 90% of the offense from a Super Bowl run.  Missing was health, Seumalo, and Boobie but replaced Seumalo with Jurgens (less health, which except for last year wasn’t Issac’s stronghold) and Boobie with Swift (pretty comparable in results).  On defense, Morrow was to replace a less than sterling White and Dean was to replace Edwards.  I think the plan was to resign CJGJ and team him with Blankenship at S.  Resigned Bradberry when the time was ticking and CJGJ was looking for too much. McPhearson was probably in the Bradberry role.

Lost Streichen but gave Johnson a shot.  He was not ready.  The McPearson, Maddox injuries, coupled with Dean underperforming and Morrow making White look like an All Pro and having to rely on Evans and Edmunds literally screwed what Desai wanted to do.  Now the Patricia thing was a clusterF. But I think that was forced on Nick.  It reeks of Howie knows best.  What happened to end the season rests with Howie but Lurie won’t blow him up. Nick isn’t blameless but can right the ship.  Howie needs to listen better this offseason.

Sirianni is reaching out to 2024 coordinator candidates but may also be fired? Sounds like he may be getting the Dougy P treatment.

Because they intended on keeping Doug and gave him an ultimatum but Doug developed a backbone from winning the Super Bowl so they had to change course and fire him.  They are probably doing something similiar to Sirianni now although I'm not sure he even hired his own coaching staff or if that was more Howie.

Siri hired bulk of the first staff. Kevin P is his guy, Shane Steichen was his relationship. Jonathan Gannon was his relationship. They key exception would be Brian Johnson who was probably more of an organisational decision to bring in given the relationship with QB1.

I'm less certain on Desai and Patricia. I don't think those were necessarily pre-existing relationships that Siri had.

Yup. He hopefully gets some weak a** candidates and Lowie fires him Ala Dougie P. There is still hope.

How do I get tweets to show up?

Make sure it is a twitter link and not an x link.

McCarthy has done wonders with Dak so not a huge surprise there.  Maybe get him some sort of advisor for playoff games.

Honestly i can’t blame mccarthy for the latest failure. Dak was god awful to start that game and Dan Quinn’s defense got lit up from the start. He’s not absolved from blame but those two things were the biggest reasons for that asswhipping

I think Greg Roman will end up with Jim Harbaugh, probably Chargers

It’s the eagles so anything is possible from one hour to the next

And the Eagles will, without question, lose fan support after this.

Get ready for the Phillies to become the top team in the city if they make another deep run.

Good.  Eagles fans are the worst fans in the world.  That's what they need to do.  Do whatever it takes to drive away the current fans, and then bring a whole new brand of fans.  The kind that applaud anything or everything the team does.  Would be perfect.  Eagles would then fix their home field disadvantage.

Honestly I think at this point we are dealing with conjecture. If the vast majority of the players truly want him back, I’m not sure what to say.

But as a fan and from some of the analysis that has come out over the last several weeks - not really.  It just seems that he's in over his head, he hasn’t shown any sort of willingness or capacity to adjust his system and the worst part is that our $250 million QB went from a top 5 NFL QB to an average NFL QB in a span of 7-8 weeks.  Scary stuff and I’m not sure he’s the guy that can turn it around, tbh.

Hurts was never a top 5 QB at any point this season.  It might have been unrealistic for fans to expect him to repeat last season every year, but he didn’t look like 2022 Hurts from the start

Who's some old offensive mind who's available, decent, and won't get poached if he's good?

Donnell Pumphrey

Berman said he still gives slight lean toward him being fired. He thinks a coach who's had that much success, if he was safe they'd flat out say he's safe at this point.

Bo says he leans slightly toward him staying because he was so bad this season that he has no leverage in meeting with Lurie and he'll have to cater to whatever Lurie and Howie want.

Easiest way is to copy/paste into a web browser, which will automatically convert it to a Twitter link, and then copy and paste it from the web browser here.

Eagles fans will be back when the white version of the Kelly green jerseys come out.

I would assume Howie is reaching out so that he could potentially explain what in the hell happened with the Desai/Patricia situation, and to promise it won't happen again.

I also wonder if Lurie just got super pissed and told them both to come up with a plan to fix this mess and present it to him asap, and so they're canvassing

Random but I hate that he messed with it. I used to use the search to find eagles stuff but can't do that without an account now
