I've been pretty consistent that RBs are a dime a dozen especially behind this line and you don't put a lot of resources into the position

I think a change of scenery will do wonders for him, K Moore will help also. Is he going to be as explosive as he once was? Probably not, but he is a lot smarter player as far as when to take hits and when not to, as well as just being a more experienced player. He will have a better supporting cast around him also, @ NY he was always the primary weapon, how good can he be when defenses aren't looking for him first? Lastly, he doesn't have as much wear and tear on his body as his age/years in the league indicate since he missed periods of time earlier in his career...that's just my opinion. He only had 217 carries in '19, 19 in '20, 162 in '21...and has never had more than 300 in a season. I think if the Eagles can get the defense taken care of there is no reason they cannot make a deep deep run, if not win it all.

Actually think Texans make a lot of sense as well. They need a back as Pierce is the only one on the roster and he is a nice pickup for a young team

I think this is a good way to look at it. It’s hard to be upset about Saquon when you recognize we have skill players now to truly match our greatest threat in NFC & we have the better QB/OL. 
 

Big issue is obviously the defense still, but our offense is loaded. Only ? In starters is RG & WR3, that’s easy to figure out.

I vaguely recall that SB had a video where he was walking a box squat bar (that weird bar w the squared out middle; I had one once and I still dont know what it is/was called) of a jillion pounds a few years ago.

I wont fault Howie for getting Saqon...  as long as he works on the DL, LB's and DB's as well.

Jones has gashed Dallas as of late. Can see Jerry Jones being very happy to have him on his squad. I think the Texans are a good spot for Derrick Henry.

Maybe… maybe not. Who knows, he might turn into a 2k all purpose guy and be the difference in us grinding out wins versus giving the ball to a bend don’t break defense who ultimately breaks every time? 

Didn’t want Barkley or McKinney at these prices.
