I kept hearing Kellen Moore is pass happy and doesn't utilize RBs, yet they go after Barkley. Interesting.

Didn't the Cowboys have 2 rbs on the field at the same time on occasion?

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Ok I love the Barkley deal

If the Giants trade both 2nds, then give Burns 30M/Y, I understand Howie not paying that price.

Thibodeaux, Lawrence, Burns is going to be a problem

When do we find out if Rodgers is getting reinstated? Important to know for nickel CB plans

He utilized both Zeke & Pollard pretty efficiently.

So is there enough ball to go around for Brown, Smith, Goedert and now Barkley after putting a lot of money into him? Feels like someone is going to constantly be unhappy.

It will be interesting to see how the offense changes under Kellen Moore. People have said Barkley is a better pass blocker than Swift. They've been rotating the RBs for a long time. The money warrants giving Barkley the carries and not rotating in Gainwell as much. I also wonder if they want to use Hurts less in short situations to protect him from injury, that's why you have a RB.

Also changes on the O line with Jurgens first time starter adjusting to life post- Kelce, a new RG whoever that is, having a RB who can handle the load and alleviate Hurts running (if they do that) can be a factor.

I don't love the contract, and I really want them to upgrade the defense big time. Interesting day so far.

& we are down a Kelce to help mitigate Lawrence. If the Burns trade goes thru I will definitely be an advocate for OT @ 22.

I’ve been wanting to bring up Hollywood Brown for WR3 in here for weeks now but didn’t because I thought I’d get flamed lol. Glad I’m not alone in this

yeah I didnt realize he was a free agent till last night. Id been focused on Cedric Wilson for the speedy WR3.

Hollywood Brown is that and more. Big time fit for the role.

Mailata, Dickerson, Lane Johnson.                  No problem.

Yep. For as good as Jurgens can be and as good as Kelce was, it took Kelce awhile before he was able to handle the bigger DT's in the league. That was about his last weakness he overcame after years of playing. I can see Jurgens having similar issues early in his career.

thats a worse deal than Barkley.

His physical running style, and heavy usage will lead to him breaking down faster.

Barkley always has something nagging, but he has speed to lose.

Wait so is barkley official?

I think many people assume an OC is what he is from his first year to his last, and that they never adapt/evolve.  I’d be shocked if the Barkley signing wasn’t heavily influenced by Moore.  It’s such a departure from the normal philosophy of this team, that it’s not a stretch at all to assume it has a lot to do with Moore

The Giants are going to win 3 games

Keep in mind Jurgens is bigger and probably stronger. He will be ok.

Not until Wednesday but he already tweeted the Eagle emoji

The tampering period is the dumbest thing ever. What's the point?

Yeah he’s the most ideal potential WR3 out there for us. It’s just not high up on my priority list but if Howie can make it happen I’m for it.

Luckily I don’t think the Giants are still a team to fear, we also have the OL/OL coach capable of matching up against them, losing McKinney & picks to give up for Burns will still keep them as a bad team. But that DL does become an instant strength for them.
