Letting Reddick walk next year would get us a 3rd rd comp pick most likely. I'll take the 3rd pick this year

Seems trading Sweat or Reddick for a CB would be a great move. But at the same time, now that we have spent big money at RB, CB is one of the last positions we can potentially get light at when we have a rookie, and Ringo potentially starting. So if we were to bring in per say, someone like Surtain and pay big money there, Im not sure where else they can go light at.

Which means, defensively, there arent really any options to trade for from that perspective. That leaves us with offense. We have a hole at RG (unless you want to rely on Steen suddenly being the guy), and WR3. Smith is about to get paid. Will we want to extend AJ Brown? Or have Higgins already in place when Brown is old and demanding big money?

 

Im only half joking when I talk about trading Sweat for Higgins. 

Agreed they are done at EDGE. Doubt we trade for or sign a big name CB anymore. I think Eagles roll with who they have at CB into the draft, and likely take someone on day 1 or 2. Maybe sign a depth guy. Nickel is also a huge ?, maybe Avonte is brought back 
 

I think we see a starter signed at LB & S within the next few days. I do think they sign a WR, not sure how much money they go there but can’t imagine much with Devonta needing a new deal soon. I see no real reason to go big resources for WR when theoretically you have Devonta & AJ for next 3-4 years together. That said, a WR drafted on day 2 would not be surprising for me at all, almost expected. 
 

We have no OL depth & still a hole at RG. Best guess is one of of Opeta or Driscoll is signed, they go OL with T/G versatility in 1st or 2nd rd, and have rookie + Steen + Opeta/Driscoll battle it out for RG. 
 

QB2 & TE2 are still a need as well. Fields trade is a decent idea if it’s for a day 3 pick, TE2 should be found on day 3 also.

Right.  If they’re willing to play out their contracts next season - both should stay, imo. 

Trading while the market is low on Justin Fields could pay off huge down the road. Let him come here, perform well in the preseason, hope a QB gets hurt then sell high either before the season or before the deadline.

Wouldn’t give your a 3rd round comp till the following year if it does… that’s two years down the road rather have a pick now if he doesn’t fit the direction they are going.
