all of the above ?

Play calling and execution.

I knocked Gainwell all year but Swift, as much as I like him, can't be left off the hook. He leaves A LOT of yards on the field.

Hurts rolling out of the pocket.

The OL forgetting how to pass block.

You can go on and on.

You don’t pay guys for what they did years ago. That’s bad GM’ing

What do you mean? That's the way Jerry does it, surely it's worked over the last 28 years...smh.

Kelce needs to go into coaching, it's fairly apparent to me he would be a great asset in meeting rooms, practices, and scheme development. He's just a smart football guy with great leadership qualities.

He'll make more money and have a better life working in media. He's retiring to see his kids grow up.

I really don't care about that and forgot it was still on there.  I will change it now.  It's probably the reason the Phillies, Sixers and Eagles have been collapsing the last couple years.

How come you rarely post Sixers stuff in the sixers thread anymore?

Haven’t been able to watch as many sixers games this year. With everything going on in my life just haven’t caught as many. I’ll probably be able to watch more of them and get more into the sixers. I also worry if i start posting more I’ll jinx them lol

That's admirable and kudos to him for that choice if he goes that direction, I could see him becoming a very successful coach, eventually even a very successful head coach. He's got the knowledge, I also just like the way he communicates and carries himself, very impressive, people listen and respond to him.

Gotcha man.  Hope all is well.

I'd be surprised if he did. He appears destined for more of a media role. I think he'll end up in broadcasting.

Lets face it Kelce is going to succeed in whatever he does next. He could potentially be a pundit/commentator for the next 30 years or do equally well as a coach.

He's that sort of person, and he's successful because he's a Fing legend.

That would’ve been quite the team if you kept tobias

Siakam is a very good player but a bad fit with Embiid due to his atrocious 3PT shooting.  He is a great replacement when Embiid is out to keep the team afloat, but a bad complement for when Embiid is healthy and playing.  So I agree with not breaking the bank for him via trade assets plus a massive contract.

That's why I want 2 hard asses as coordinators.  This team is lacking the days of Reid when they had the hardest TC/practices in the league.  It has turned into Club Jerrah North

They have to find a medium, between the CBA, and Harbaugh.   How many times over the past 3-4 years did the Ravens start off the season crippled?  Achilles and or ACL injuries for everyone, it wasn't that long ago (Doug's last year) when almost everyone ridiculed the Eagles medical staff because of the injuries that piled up.  Personally I can't remember ever hearing about a coach that didn't want to practice, so my guess it's a Lowie issue that they need to change.

Berman and Bo today did an hour long mock Lurie and Sirianni interview today on PHLY. I appreciate the commitment to the bit, but I couldn't stick it more than 5 minutes.

That has to be Bo, it's a shame Berman still ties himself to Bo.  Other than the Athletic article those guys along with Sheil did years ago, Wulf really has done nothing anyone cares about and has no redeeming qualities to speak on.

I don’t dislike Gainwell, I dislike the coaching staff’s obsession with using him.

And Quez... Meanwhile Scott, Penny maybe even Covey could've gotten some looks out of the slot, these guys just get abandoned. Quez literally costs us games and they go right back to him the next week. It's complete insanity.

The poor 3pt shooting makes this a non starter I agree.

Covey getting looks in the slot or coming out of the backfield would be intriguing especially in space. A shame we have no creativity with the offense.

I still don't understand why they don't even try to get him involved in the offense at all. Obviously he shouldn't be the focal point but why not try to get him at least a couple of touches a game? He clearly has some ability.

Aaron Gordon can't shoot from 3 but he makes it with work with Joker. It was more the contract extension to me

Joker is a way better passer and is used as less of scorer on his team.

On Sunday it was all the above, including not even wanting to be in Tampa, which I had to hear Buck and arse face Aikman mention more than once on Monday night including Aikman said it was obvious when the Eagles walked out onto the field.   I can't believe Lurie could hear that broadcast and not fire everyone including Howie.

On Monday night in particular, Kelce and Jurgens were bad, but Kelce was awful, probably his worst of the season if not in years.   His protection calls were bad, especially on pulling assignments, Vita who has an obvious size advantage over Kelce just lit him up.., but even on the 14 yd safety Dickerson was basically taken out of the play so really other than Lane, none of the linemen were very good.

Kelce wasn't just upset about it being his last game possibly, dude was upset because he sucked and knows it. Of course on clean out day, all he could talk about is how much football has given him, and how he wants to learn more about defensive schemes and WR routes on certain plays.      I'm not sure the Eagles understand how much they're gonna miss him, even now at 36 how many way younger Centers are getting 10-12 yards downfield on running plays, and can pull the around guards the way he does?     Not to many.

Agreed. I feel like once he became a legit threat at PR he could at least be a good decoy out there on occasion with some jet sweep actions or something. At this stage given his success returning he would get some attention from defenses.

Honestly, at this point, they are playing so well that I wouldn’t even want to mess with the chemistry of the team atm.

If they end up taking some sort of skid at some point then maybe try to find another piece but as of now, they seem capable of competing with anyone in the league, imo.

Its about spacing and with Nurse and Doc last year playing Embiid at the foul line extended more and less back to the basket in the low block it could have worked. Harris, Melton, Maxey are enough of shooting. Siakam isn't ready to be just a do it all guy like Gordon is and wants max money.

Because he doesn't want to score but look at his playoff numbers, he can dominate if he wants too. He was 31/13.5/9.5 last years playoff run.

I know he can score if he wanted to but they are better when he is the main facilitator and he takes less shots.  Embiid can't pass like him.  The Sixers would have made the best of it but it wouldn't have been optimal.

Brian Johnson interviewed with ATL....just before they are set to interview Bill B for a second time.

He sure is making the Rooney rounds.

I’d get another scorer cause i don’t trust tobias Harris in the playoffs to be consistent in that. It’s really the thing that will make or break them.
