How old is Henry, how much mileage?

Barkley is faster, just about as big, better receiver (he's credible on wheel routes, which put a lot of pressure on defense, best I've seen was Westbrook, who caught like a WR).

Before I figured they wouldnt pay a major CB contract, Id been thinking Reddick or Sweat for Sneed would make sense since Sneed was tagged for the purpose of trading.

Cutting Sweat would ruin free agency. Huff is a good promising player, but it's not like he's Myles Garrett. Signing Huff to just cut Sweat would reek of Howie's complete and utter OCD obsession with tinkering the line if it shows even a modicum of disappointment. It doesn't matter that in 2022 they had 70 sacks and played really well for most of 2023... one bad stretch and sign Huff and get rid of Sweat!

Also, signing Huff before trading them probably hurt their leverage.

All that said, I can't believe they couldn't trade him, cutting him would be absolutely Fing asinine.

Shouldn't be moving on from anyone on the DL at this stage. Especially with Cox moving on.

If the Eagles trade for a DB I think it'll be Lattimore more likely than Sneed.

I was looking at the Titans depth chart a while ago, and thinking McCreary is a very nice nickel.

If they can get Sneed for themselves, and trade McCreary to us for Sweat I wont complain.

The most measured version of my fandom has come to a conclusion: Huff must be totally useless against the run. The Jets have been dumb, but to let Huff go if he's some secret superstar should get someone fired.

Henry has more mileage by quite a bit. Barkley isn't as big and definitely doesn't play as physical as Henry...Henry is 6'3 250 with a strong stiff arm...Barkley is 6'0 230?...quite a difference in running style also. Doesn't mean Henry is better...I see them as two different style backs. Barkley fits the Eagles really well, and Henry fits the Ravens really well in their style and approaches to the game offensively...both teams got much better with their RB siginings IMO.
