  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Ok I love the Barkley deal

Lovato extended a year as well

THERE IT IS!! LOVATO!

I think Howies done now.

Lovato extended.

BOOM

Can Lovato play linebacker?

I like Lattimore, but he sure is injury prone

You are getting Cunningham Dean and another JAG at lb, move on. Best you could hope for is 3 or 5 being used on one as well.

2-$12M for Everett

People thought Eagles may have interest

We’re probably gonna sign that Dodson dude from Buffalo. Kinda fits the profile of cheap LBs who showed flashes in limited time.

I'm surprised Gesicki got so little. He must really stink at blocking

Didn't watch much of the Jets games but looking through some highlights, and I'm getting some strong Hugh Douglas vibes from watching Huff.

Hugh said that himself today. Said he's very impressed from the tape he's watched. About 10 pounds lighter than Hugh's playing weight but more agile and has a nasty hop step to win at the edge.

Yep.

Until proven otherwise, I will never believe this team brings in competent LBs

Oh I see.

Anyway, yes the Ravens got the better player for less years and less money.

Easily the better deal. Its not debatable.

Is he closer to his end? Probably. Remains to be seen. And again, less years on the deal.

I salute you for having the last word on the subject. The debate is over. You have spoken.

Keeping the band back together on ST makes a ton of sense.

The Eagles at safety seems eerily similar to last year. Hopefully it doesn't turn out the same way. Last year it was the Eagles are in on a bunch of guys and indications things could be imminent. Then nothing happened... nothing happened... eventually everyone signed elsewhere and the Eagles settled for Edmunds and we were all like wtf.

No reason to be excited about next year if it’s another patchwork defense.  Onto 2025

Funny how a guy as good as fletch kind of slipped under the radar all because of a guy named aaron donald...

And up until yesterday, no one would have believed Howie would go and spend actual $ on a RB.

He's certainly not without his flaws, but he's not stone set in his ways like we're used to them being.

Think they're all waiting around, looking at each other, waiting for someone else to sign a deal first.

Howie thinks we're fine with who he's brought in already lol

The Dickerson extension was excellent news, and I like the move for OL depth with Hennessy.

Pretty underwhelmed by Huff and Barkley, though.  Counting on another big jump from an UDFA in Huff, and a resurgence of a Barkley not seen in recent times.
