1) Strange.  WRs name Mike Williams usually work out

2) Get?

The good news is that he'll make some of the craziest circus catches you'll see. The bad news is he won't make it halfway through the season.

thats a big difference from earlier. Thats acceptable. Just like Arnold ran a 4.50 and nobody bats an eye. If Lassiter is there, hes still good.

He's pushing hard for most likeable dude on the team now that Kelce hung 'em up. But someone's gonna Google Earth that joint and find his address.

OT at #22 to be Lane's eventual replacement, while also providing depth would be great.

Just please, please get a top LB prospect in the 2nd who can be a day 1 starter and not an embarrassment at LB.

Steen is very, very comparable to Brandon Brooks athletically. I think Steen bests him in some marks but they are very close.

No, he isn't. Brooks was a freak, like Poe and Davis. Steen put up good numbers but nothing special.

I predict we’re gonna get a bunch of trades break at 4:01, and at least 1 (if not 2) are eagles

Some more potential trade candidates. Two guys the Eagles were rumored to have interest in during the draft process

Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah

David Ojabo

Not sure either team would be willing to move them.

Trigger warning Joe!

Once upon a time we drafted Kendricks in the 2nd and Hicks in the 3rd. I would fall out of my chair if they drafted Cooper or Wilson this year.

Re Barkley...we should have a good debate about his ideal utilization.

Philosophy 1: we finally have a franchise, 3-down, do-it-all back.  He's essentially on a 2 year deal.  Feature him.  Use him.  Ride this horse.  Hand him the ball early and often.  Get your money's worth.  Gainwell sucks.

Philosophy 2: The above utilization of a RB is dated and low upside for an offense as a whole.  The highest upside for our OFFENSE/TEAM, if not Barkley's stats, is with a more limited, more dynamic utilization with CMC in SF as the model.  Keep Barkley fresh.  Get him involved in screens and the passing game.  Actually try to LIMIT the generic between the tackles runs where his marginal value over a replacement level RB might actually be a tighter spread.  Everyone is going to lose their mind seeing Gainwell get meaningful carries with Barkley on the bench.

But I think option 2 is the way to go.

CMC's usage in SF is the farthest thing from limited, he had almost 350 total touches last year (2nd highest amount of rushing attempts and only 8 behind Henry) and was single handedly carrying the team. The way SF uses CMC is more Philosophy 1.

That said, we shouldn't use Barkley like that. SF is incredibly lucky CMC survived the entire season using him the way they did, and I don't think he lasts another season getting that many touches.

They need to find a balance, he should have 15 total touches a game at the very least (equates to 255 total which is very low for what he's being paid). I think having a competent OC in Moore will help a lot, we all make fun of Dallas but he had them playing very well on offense while he was there and we have better players at every skill position and a better line.

Browns love JOK.

Ojabo isn't good, but there's still upside there. Hard player for either team trade wise. Esgles would want to trade a day 3 pick. Ravens would want day 2.

Did you see Brooks numbers?

Sign him.

With Boston gone, there has to be someone on the team to continue the 'Great Scott' memes.

Boston is in his normal spot at this time of the year

This helps the Eagles. The fewer pass rush options, the more teams possibly in on Sweat.

Jake "auto” Elliott signed for 4 more years - good deal 💪

He's a number 1 but we're a running team. Plus Brown needs his targets

I wouldn't call us a running team based on this past season. Maybe for the first 4-5 games when swift was leading the league but after that they abandoned it for some reason.

Howie keeps missing out on these young studs
