Brooks was my guy.

I honestly prefer Baker. They’re pretty equivalent, but Baker knows Fangio’s system directly.

  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

11.9 yards per completion and 111.2 QB Rating against him, COOKED.

He'd fit right in here

Maybe I'll regret this by September, but I really don't know if I can knock the Eagles inactivity at linebacker. Brooks was good, but given how weak the market was, many got overpaid. Now, they can't go into the season like they are currently, but I don't think any LB on the market was making the Eagles markedly better.

I'll put it this way. As much as I'm not into the Barkley signing, unless he falls off a cliff, Barkley impacts the Eagles offense way more than any LB available would've impacted the defense. Of the available LBs only Queen would've made a difference, but he would've been like the 4th best available LB in a good free agent class.

Once you saw Tranquil's contract, you knew the free agent market was going to be overpriced.

I have to think Howie has something cooking there. I don't think he'd leave Fangio out to dry by not giving him any LBs.

Plan is the last LB left in FA and a  5th round draft pick

I'm still holding out hope Dean hits his growth spurt.

It could happen.

@olsilverhair was hoping the same. Unfortunately for him, it doesn't grow past an inch

I guess no one wants Tyron Smith

DJ mocked him to us in RD1 in his first mock draft. Not a coincidence.

Takes them out of the running for Justin Fields, who I'm starting to think might be an Eagle if Chicago is intent on dealing him soon. They should hold onto him through the draft though and see if anyone panics at QB after missing out.

RD2 maybe

RD1 please no

Roll with McKee as the backup. Draft one in the later rounds

How did Levis play this year in Tennessee? The Ridley signing seems like a "get our young QB a top weapon" kind of move

I really want Mitchell or Arnold round 1, but I think Rakestraw may be next on my list at CB.

The Eagles M.O. is to sign a LB who didn’t play in the league last year.

Didn't play last year

Had a serious injury

I was thinking to myself, who the heck is their QB?

I'd take McKinnestry, Tampa, and Jackson over him at CB.

I didn't see it with all the rules changes posted. Did they formally propose the kickoff rules?

Chiefs trying to trade Sneed, and once they do they’re immediately signing Hollywood Brown. Not a prediction, apparently terms are lined up
