  • For those that know me here I wanted to pass on the good news. I will be retiring from fulltime work in October of this year. Looking forward to not working 10 hour days anymore.

Yeah I'm going to have to stop you there, I was talking as someone who actually watched our team play football.

I'm sure Van Sumeren's 69.5 grade on his 3 snaps a game looks above average on a spreadsheet compiled by stat addled neckbearded virgins but on a football field it looks like somebody winning a shiniest turd on the pile contest.

Our corners were also bad, our linebackers being comparatively better doesn't make them less of a problem, and if Fangio is running his standard scheme here with 69.5 Vam Sumeren and 61.7 on the Treatment table Dean at inside linebacker, our defense and it's shiny new pieces is going to get torn another new one in 2024.

Actually, I'm interested in seeing McCollum at S, Dean and Van Sumeren at LB this fall.

Plus Covey at WR, Okwugbunam at TE, Steen at RG, Ojomo and Booker at DE, Smith at LB, Ringo, Rodgers and Ricks at CB, Garner at S.

McCollum is a small college S who was "redshirted" but has good athleticism, Van Sumeren is a great athlete who swung between FB and LB in college.

Dean of course was an elite college LB.

I wouldn't depend on them, but teams primarily improve through players already on the roster taking a step up, not FA or the draft. This is b/c you only add a couple impact FAs (and a bunch of depth) each year, while most draft picks need a year or two to raise their game at the NFL level. So it's the guys you drafted/signed the last couple years who've been backups and on STs who help you make that jump (or don't).

That's kinda odd

Huff wants 0......ok

I know he's a massive jerk, but anyone have interest in OBJ as a third WR now that he's being released on June 1st?

I'll look for a draft pick first.  Maybe after.

Armstead to the Jaguars is a W. They weren't going to trade for an EDGE and teams that would have needed DL help can circle back to us.

OBJ is stealing money now, a la Desean Jackson.

Man I don't know about that, if they're willing to pay you it ain't stealing, they're just stupid...Jerrah probably calling his agent as I type this.

Bills or jags? Source-off!

Source off!

Huff is gonna look good rushing off the edge in 0.

0>47

Weird body types in weird numbers matches. Wouldn't have hated if he kept 47

Clearly he’s already a locker room cancer as no one wants to talk to him

Also matches what he is in the run game.
